Apartment vacation rentals in Neu-Ulm

We had already been in this apartment a few years ago, and even this time we had a very good time. Great location, very clean and cozy. I would only add a few kitchen accessories like bowls and containers. Super equipped bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Thank you very much Ludovic!

Brand new apartment, it is very clean, equipped with the best amenities to make any guest feel at home, even large families like mine of 5! Located in a quiet area perfect for resting after a day visiting the beautiful villages nearby!

We felt super comfortable as a family for three nights. The apartment was very clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything we needed. There was really nothing missing – you can tell that someone is making an effort here.

A nice little 1-room basement apartment in the host's detached house with a separate entrance. We stayed here for a weekend and are completely satisfied. Check-in was straightforward via a lockbox. But it can also be done in person. After check-in, we rang the bell and were greeted by Martin. On request, he also directly recommended 2-3 things we can do in the area. What we really liked was that he thought about it afterwards and suggested other things to us. As a result, we really had a very nice morning at the local rose festival, which happened to take place this weekend. Thank you very much. In summary, we can say that we spent time in a nice little apartment with great hosts.

We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The amenities are perfect and the location is great. The landlords are very nice and helpful.

I stayed comfortably while traveling with friends. The place is pleasant and the space is very spacious, so it's the best It was a place. The location was also nice. Marco responded to our questions very quickly, so there was no discomfort. However, if you are carrying heavy luggage, please note that there is no elevator to the 4th floor. Other than that, it was a very satisfying place.

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

We had a wonderful 3 days at the property. We felt very comfortable. Sauna and hot tub everything worked great. One thing that bothered me a little was that unfortunately dirty dishes were in the drawer. But even there you can look over it and make it clean. But all in all, it was very nice and we will be back.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

When we arrived, we were greeted personally by Angelika, and received a good briefing, especially in the many functionalities of the bathroom exhibition. But also the recommendation where you could eat or what activities were passed on. What we also liked very much was that there were some fresh fruits nicely served on a plate. The diversity was also impressive. Overall, it was two beautiful days.

We enjoyed our two-day stay immensely, it was really a break from an active holiday which I could do very well! The hostess Marianne was also really a treasure of a woman and we were received very warmly and openly. In addition, the cottage and wellness area were very clean and tidy and everything we needed was present! We'd love to come back!

We loved our stay in Sofia's apartment. Wonderfully located, spacious inside, very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sofia's place if you're staying in Stuttgart.
