Sarah's house is very beautiful and cozy, the heating is great, if there is a problem, Sarah can also respond in time and solve it, the room is very comfortable, the layout is very good, the neighborhood is very beautiful, the environment is very good, we like it very much, we recommend everyone to stay, if there is a chance, we will definitely come back to stay. Beautiful apartment on the 33rd floor. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, the view is certainly not much more breathtaking in real life. Daniela was always super easy to reach and very friendly and supported us superbly. All around a perfect stay, 5*

I felt very comfortable in Ingrid's apartment. I was received very kindly, the communication was clear and the apartment equipped with everything necessary and more. Everything is very clean and well maintained, in a green and quiet area, but still not far from the center of Augsburg. I'd love to come back…..

Very nice and well kept attic apartment. You will find there everything you need. Helga was super sweet. She set up a high chair and changing table for my baby without even asking!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Matthias' place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The breathtaking view and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything one might need, from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. Parking was convenient right in front, and the beautiful terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the silence. Overall, I can only recommend this place—it's a true gem. We had an all-around pleasant stay! The place was very clean, stylish and modern – you can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality here. We especially enjoyed the quiet location and the beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing. Despite the idyllic surroundings, you can reach the city center of Ulm in a few minutes, which makes the location ideal. Communication was always easy, fast and very friendly – a big thank you for that! We felt very comfortable and would definitely be happy to come back!

Everything was great, the apartment was as described, everything very clean and in great condition.

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

We enjoyed the garden, swimming pool and hot tub for a few days. There were plenty of sunny and shady spots. We could use nice loungers. We were also allowed to use two bikes for free to explore the area. Harald and Vaneide are two friendly people who do everything to give their guests a good stay. Highly recommended!!!

The four of us had a very nice time. Modernly decorated and spacious. If there were any questions, they were always answered very promptly. There is plenty of parking for those arriving by car and the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities. Glad to come back :)

The house is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well cared for and the decoration is nice. The area is quiet, close to a supermarket and cafes, and a few minutes away from the highway by car. Spacious parking. Communication with the owner was very good and fast. I would go back. The kitchenware was somewhat scarce.

We were allowed to use the bird's nest as a starting point during a city trip and felt completely comfortable. Everything was clean and well appointed. The view from the window towards the old town is unique. In the height of summer, it could get a little hot in the two bedrooms under the roof, but it was bearable in May. All in all, we had a great stay in Augsburg!

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.
