Large Frieda30: The semi-detached house in the Bobingen district of Straßberg has lots of charm and atmosphere. Not everything is perfect ,but it's really cozy! We have from scratch renovated with a lot of comfort and to feel comfortable. The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Western Forests Nature Park)are already possible from the house. Welcome!

We rent out our home when we are on vacation. You would have to feed our dear cat Rosi twice a day, otherwise she is quite easy to care for. Since we have school-age children, the house is only available during the Bavarian school holidays and occasionally on weekends. Close to the city center (just a 15-minute walk). 5-minute walk to the Augsburger Puppenkiste and 25-minute walk to the Augsburger Zoo. The house has 3 bedrooms. Our lovely cat needs to be fed.

Surrounded by hops, apples and the idyllic Argen, our house is the perfect starting point for exploring the Lake Constance hinterland. Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or grill on your own terrace when the weather allows. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Television is mandatory and for the analog people among you, a library is at your disposal.

The spacious terraced corner house is located in the district of Garmisch. The west terrace and garden offer a wonderful mountain view of the Garmischer Panorama. The cottage is located in a side street about 3 minutes from the bus stop, shopping and hiking trails and is fully equipped for max. 10 persons (+2 infants). Car parking. Wifi. Pets are welcome against extra costs! The landlords live in the annex and give information about excursions.

Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small families. We are happy to welcome you soon.

End terraced house with three bedrooms. In very quiet neighborhood. Quiet behavior and room volume in the outdoor area must therefore be respected. On the first floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. The bathroom and three bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size double bed and TV, are on the second floor. The left room faces the south side. The middle room has a balcony to the west side with evening sun.

The house sits on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and into the mountains and the mountains characterize the location in particular. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transportation very close by. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that I am not present in person when renting.

Parking is right outside the door.
