Very nice accommodation. My technicians was happy they can stay in your apartment. House very clean, and comfortable. Friendly host and very hopeful. We had a very nice time in Kerstin's spacious apartment and felt very comfortable. The terrace is a wonderful retreat and very nicely landscaped. In the kitchen, everything important is available. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna. Thank you for a great stay!

Björn was a very nice host and the apartment has a nice garden for children with direct access to the Brenz. You can get to everything from there by bike.

This is a lovely, roomy home with wonderful artwork. The front and back gardens on the canal were in full bloom. Temptation was to just hang out here and not go site seeing. Just be prepared for the need to climb stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Our host Anja was great communicating from the start. She was patient and very helpful resolving any self-inflicted issues we had. Street parking permit she provided took a lot of stress off our stay. She was terrific, and so was her property.

Janin is a very kind host who cares very much about the well-being of the guests. For questions and concerns, responded very quickly. We were even allowed to stay longer on the check-out day. The house is huge and offers all the amenities you could want. Especially the seating area with its we were drawn to the sweeping furniture. Even in bad weather, there are plenty of opportunities to spread out in the spacious rooms. There is a very large garden, more like a small park with a swimming pond, which we did not use (on the one hand it was too fresh, but on the other hand the water is not inviting to swim in at the moment). Although there are two apartments, the two parties do not interfere with each other, as the outdoor areas are partially separated from each other, each with their own seating and barbecue facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend the host, the house and its surroundings.

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

We had an amazing stay in the accommodation! The house and also the garden were very nice. The children loved it there (playground and toys inside the house). Carla and Ludwig are very nice and helped with everything, when we had a question.

We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable, so we slept really well. The hosts were incredibly friendly and very flexible with check-in and check-out. We were even able to check in late at night, which was a big help. In the morning, they kindly offered us coffee. Highly recommended!

We were there as a group of 5 people for 3 nights in the accommodation, which surprised us positively with its charming, functional and yet refreshing decor ;) The sympathetic Scandinavian style is like a red path - in all rooms! (Photos correspond to reality) Not to forget - the secluded green idyll around it. -A dream- Absolutely recommend! Thank you very much.

Great stay and uncomplicated.

The apartment is as described and we felt very much at home. It's wonderfully quiet - we haven't slept so well in a long time. With our e-bikes, we traveled a lot in the area, often felt alone for hours:-). If you want to relax close to nature, this is the place to be.

Eva should win “Host of the Year”! She has been so helpful in helping us learn about the area, tending to any little question we have, quick responses, and she even helped us find a bicycle to use!! Her property is pristine, bright with natural sunlight, quiet, and an easy walk to the train station, restaurants, bike trails, and more!! Thank you Eva for your hospitality!!!

The stay at the place was really great, you have everything you need. The apartment is in top condition and very modern and quietly located. Unfortunately, the weather was not good during my stay, but if the weather is good the apartment has a very nice balcony overlooking the Neckar that can be used very well! Nina was very accommodating to me and always responded quickly and is a very kind person. I highly recommend this place! ☺️

We felt very comfortable with friendly hosts and in a modern, cozy and pleasantly simple apartment. From there, many very different activities are possible, so that we would like to come back.

This apartment is in a fantastic location in the Fisherman's quarter, right off the Danube. One could not ask for a better location. A parking garage (Parkhaus Fischerviertel) is a close walk if you travel to Ulm by car. This is location is a great place to start exploring everything Ulm has to offer. It was perfect for a our family with children too. Highly recommended. We will come back.
