Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nea Smyrni

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we were as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There's a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. Very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

The host was very nice and helpful. Although the location of the house is not in the center, you can get anywhere you want by public transportation.

Renovated apartment in excellent condition that perfectly matches what we were looking for to spend a night, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Easy parking in front of the accommodation and several cafes a three-minute walk away. Kostas was a fantastic host who welcomed us very late at night despite the delay of our flight. He was always reachable and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much to him.

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a small welcome gift for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Impeccable accommodation, clean, well-equipped, air-conditioned and heated if needed. Very responsive and accommodating host. Very lively neighborhood quite noisy but with lots of varied shops and restaurants within walking distance. a little far from the center of Athens and the seaside: car recommended but beware of the very great difficulties to park! (paid parking overpriced). Very recommendable for a short trip to discover Athens and its surroundings. Overall positive review.

The location is nice. The town is safe and there are many markets and restaurnats near the apartment. The host is kind and responds to us quickly. The apartment is big enough.

A lovely apartment - I really enjoyed the quiet afternoons spent on the balcony. Although it’s a bit far from the city center and main attractions, it’s very well connected with the metro just nearby. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely charming, with kind people everywhere. I truly appreciated these gentle moments of connection with the local community during my trip. We absolutely loved our stay. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Anna, such a lovely and beautiful person who made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. We especially appreciated the two large bottles of water in the fridge, which were a lifesaver on the hot summer day we arrived. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, a nail salon, a beauty salon, and the metro station, making it super convenient for exploring Athens. If we’re ever back in Athens, I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Joan`s place is a very nice apartment, in the area of Nea Smyrni. Between 2 tram stops , you are very close to public transportation, in order to reach the center or the South sea suburbs. Comfortable place, great view of Acropolis, good amenities, nice and comfortable bathroom. We missed a coffee table in front of the living room couch, there is no. So, when we had our morning coffee inside because of the wind, we had to leave our cups on the floor. Also we missed a coffee machine, in our days it is cheap and very basic. Other than that, everything was ok.

It was a wonderful stay and next time when I’ll be coming I would definitely take it again. Thanks for hosting. Suggestions were given by the host on local restaurants and the house is located close to central station

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

This homestay is really wonderful! The environment is super nice and peaceful. It's very quiet and clean around. The rooms are decorated very warmly and the details are well taken care of, making people feel at home. The landlord was particularly friendly and helpful. The communication was smooth from the very beginning. During check-in, he was very considerate and introduced the nearby delicacies and scenic spots to us. It felt like we were being received by a friend. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place! If you come here for a trip or a short stay, it's really worth choosing this place. It has an extremely high cost performance and you will feel very comfortable staying here. I'm sure I will come again!

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!
