Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nea Smyrni

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Of all the AirBnBs we have stayed in over the years, this one tops the list! The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable, and in a wonderful location. Marina was easy to reach, and a great host. We look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Athens.

Had a wonderful 9 day stay in this lovely Airbnb apartment located in the centre of Nea Smyrni 20 minutes on the tram from the centre of Athens. The tram is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and a five day Athena ticket costs just over €8. it can be used on all public transport and you can travel most places using it. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable and a lovely place to come home too to relax after a days sightseeing. The apartment is fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Two bedrooms and an ensuite in one. It completely filled the needs for four adults. The beds are very comfortable. Selini the host left us a lovely basket for our first breakfast. The home made jam is to die for. She was very responsive to messages. She told me about the Freenow app for booking taxis something I was unaware of. It was very beneficial and we had a taxi waiting for us at the airport. No need to pay the driver as it is all done online. When booking ensure that you pick

Logement impeccable, propre, bien équipé, climatisé et chauffé si besoin. Hôte très réactif et très conciliant. Quartier très animé assez bruyant mais avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurant variés accessibles à pied. un peu loin du centre d'Athènes et du bord de mer : voiture recommandé mais attention aux très grandes difficultés pour se garer ! (parking payant hors de prix). Très recommandable pour un court séjour de découverte d'Athènes et ses environs. Avis global positif.

Τέλειο σπίτι και για οικογένεια ήταν εξαιρετικό ειχε τα παντα όσο αφορά το μωρο μεχρι και μπανιερό ακόμα και καρεκλάκι φαγητού ήταν πεντακάθαρο σε σχεση με άλλα καταλύματα πού εχουμε επισκεφθεί .το συνιστώ με κλειστά μάτια

The location is nice. The town is safe and there are many markets and restaurnats near the apartment. The host is kind and responds to us quickly. The apartment is big enough.

Καλόγουστο, μοντέρνο και άνετο διαμέρισμα με άνετα κρεβάτια, ωραίες ντουζιέρες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Άνετος χώρος σαλονιού με μεγάλη τηλεόραση. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν ομαλή. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν! Ευχαριστούμε που μας φιλοξενήσατε!

A lovely apartment - I really enjoyed the quiet afternoons spent on the balcony. Although it’s a bit far from the city center and main attractions, it’s very well connected with the metro just nearby. The surrounding neighborhood is absolutely charming, with kind people everywhere. I truly appreciated these gentle moments of connection with the local community during my trip. Thank you to Zyta for being such a thoughtful host :)

A wonderful apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood. It was a very comfortable place with all the amenities you could want. The location was perfect! Right next to the tram which proved invaluable in getting around the city. Despina was very proactive and helpful offering very clear instructions. It was all turn key with everything in place! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

This homestay is really wonderful! The environment is super nice and peaceful. It's very quiet and clean around. The rooms are decorated very warmly and the details are well taken care of, making people feel at home. The landlord was particularly friendly and helpful. The communication was smooth from the very beginning. During check-in, he was very considerate and introduced the nearby delicacies and scenic spots to us. It felt like we were being received by a friend. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place! If you come here for a trip or a short stay, it's really worth choosing this place. It has an extremely high cost performance and you will feel very comfortable staying here. I'm sure I will come again!

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

Ένας τέλειος χώρος σε μια πανέμορφη γειτονιά του Μοσχάτου, που τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου. Σε 4 λεπτά το μετρό, απέναντι στάση του τρόλευ 1. Όλα ήταν τέλεια Συγχαρητήρια

This is a beautiful apartment with awesome view of the sea. Very spacious living room and gorgeous balcony. The facilities are quite user friendly. We got everything we need for travel lodge. The location is close to the beach. Good place to talk a little walk. It's also a very nice neighborhood for quality dining and grocery shopping. Transportation is convenient. Take 10-15 minutes taxi drive to Akropoly and Piraeus habor. We would highly recommend this one!
