Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Wonderful place with everything to make you feel at home… Stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens, updated kitchen appliances… loved the homey feel and beautiful artwork…patio was lovely and has beautiful friendly cat visitors… loved that it is closed to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

The Dimitra’s place is situated just a few steps from the direct metro that will bring you from the airport. Donita’s instructions enabled easy access to the property, as well she offered a free storage option in case we will arrive early. The place itself nicely decorated and situated in the beating heart of monastiraki, in walkable distance to almost all main attractions of the city. The place itself very clean, Dimitra left for us very well stocked fridge and kitchen full of the essentials for our perfect stay. Two minor cons that you should be aware of but didn’t bothered us at all are that the place is a bit gloomy, especially the bathroom, and if you leave the windows open there is a bit noisy. Overall we had great experience there, we loved the place and definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Eftihia's apartment was truly a gem. It was in the heart of Athens but also in a very charming and safe neighborhood, away from the crowds. I was on a solo journey and Eftihia was beyond helpful getting me set up in the apartment and being available for communication whenever I needed it. The apartment itself made me feel like I was an Athens local and it had all the amenities I could ever need. This is one of those rare airbnb finds where everything was in alignment! If you're considering a trip to Athens, stay here!

Nice place with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from bus and tram stop, easy access to Athens city centre.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, spacious 1 bed apt with many cafes and restaurants just outside the door. Michel was very responsive to messages and helpful.
