We had a fantastic time at Sharon’s place! Her apartment felt cozy and had all the amenities we needed. We’d requested a change to our check in date and she seamlessly made it possible. Would always recommend this place to others!

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in a chill side of town but in walking distance to the national mall. The house was clean well organized and well decorated. Our hosts were also really easy to communicate with and very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Andrea’s place is so beautiful and cozy! It’s the ideal place for a weekend get away. The house had everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. My only improvements would be : the shower (is very small) was tight for a big person like me and the main road can be a bit noisy. Everything else was excellent!!

Nina's place was perfect for our brief stay in DC. It's a neighborhood in transition, but always felt safe, with friendly neighbors, and restaurants & public transportation close by. Nina was very helpful with suggestions, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a few quibbles, but would stay again.

Overall such an amazing stay! Central to everything in old town and perfectly furnished. They communicate very well! Just note there are some parking limitations but those are well communicated. Overall fantastic stay!

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

Eric’s place is wonderful in a very quaint neighborhood! Communication with Eric was excellent. The home is very comfortable and accommodating for families and large groups visiting. We were in town checking out the DC sites and the proximity from the home to the Glenmont Metro was close and easy. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every appliance or cooking utensil you could need to whip up a meal. There’s two washer and dryers and plenty of towels which is really convenient for large groups. The backyard hot tub was nice for relaxing especially after a 20,000 step day exploring DC (phew!) I would most definitely recommend this home and host!

This is my second time staying here because of its proximity to a festival we love to attend at RFK Stadium! It’s perfect for walking to the festival and walking back. Meeghan has always been super responsive and we loved this place so much the first year we immediately rebooked it for this stay and we were not disappointed at all! 100% would stay here again! It’s really nice that they have a secured parking spot for you, however if you have a larger vehicle like a truck, you’re going to have to deal with street parking because you won’t be able to make the turn into their parking space. Learned that the hard way this year but it did not take away from the experience at all !

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

Pia's apartment was very clean, quiet, and in a great neighborhood - walkable to museums and the downtown area. We had a great time staying for a couple of nights and parking on the street was very easy. It had all of the amenities you could need and the reading nook was nice to have. Would stay again on my next trip to DC!

John was very attentive and willing to resolve any issues. He also gave us some recommendations when we asked, which was very helpful. We had a problem, and he was very understanding. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has many amenities. If we returned to DC, we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! The studio was very clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently close to DC, making it easy to get into the city without the noise. Would definitely stay again!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I arrived into town rather late on a Friday night and on my way up there I was a bit concerned about coming into town at that time of night. All those concerns went away when I got off the exit ramp was about a mile away from the Airbnb. Very beautiful and vibrant neighborhood. There were couples out walking their dogs and people walking alone going from place to place. The Airbnb itself is very beautiful and bed is quite comfy. The host greeted me at the door and made sure I got in safely and had everything I would need for the night. Don’t know how I was lucky enough to book while it was still available, but when I come back to the area I plan on doing so again.

Dale’s Airbnb was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of special touches throughout the dwelling. A great outdoor space in the front of the house that is surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden area, along with a private patio off the back bedroom. Totally perfect areas to enjoy the many selections of coffees he’s kindly provided. The neighborhood is located close to lots of fun restaurants and is easy to navigate to all the DC monuments. The only regret we had was that we didn’t book for a longer stay.. We’re already looking forward to returning.. Oh, And by the way.. we loved linens so much I asked Dale for the “insider” tip on where he purchased them.. I’m hoping to have as great a nights sleep as I did at his place!!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Hans offered an affordable rental that was newly remodeled, clean, and perfect for work travel. He was also very attentive and accommodating. Thank you Hans! Highly recommend.
