The place was clean, private, well equipped for a short stay, and in a good, quiet neighborhood. Synta was very communicative and helpful. Would stay again!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Joel was very communicative. I was on a work related trip so I certainly appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. Had I been on a leisure trip with friends, the fun decor would have made for a great time. I appreciate the space being available and clean with the last minute booking!

My parents came to Maryland for the first time to visit us and spend time with their granddaughter and they were so happy in Melissa’s place! They had everything they needed to have a comfortable and restful stay. You would barely know this is a basement unit with its spaciousness, kitchen area, living room and even sunlight through the bedroom window. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and they’re within walking distance to a beautiful park. The only challenge they encountered was the step into the bathroom but we knew about that in advance thanks to Melissa’s proactive communication and transparency. Melissa was so responsive and it was a relief to me to know my parents were in a safe, clean and lovely place within walking distance of us. Now they’re excited to visit us again and stay in Melissa’s place!

Great residential area close to many restaurants/shops. Melissa gave great recommendations on where to go. The space was exceedingly well-equipped. It was a treat after a long travel day to have chilled sparkling water in the fridge and snacks on the counter. A well-stocked Keurig was also so nice to have. Melissa was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Very happy with our stay.

what a perfect apartment we enjoyed our stay so much it was only three blocks from the subway which gave us perfect access to the city and everything in the apartment was sparkling clean and new there was so many options for lighting that was a plus also the toilet paper was very nice and we appreciated that so much it's because all the other airbnbs don't care about that the tea selection for the Keurig was wonderful the soap in the shower was so nice as well. Tony was very friendly and hospitable and gave recommend gave recommendations of where to get coffee. also we left our game console and my cup after checkout and Tony was kind enough to mail them both back to us. taking time out of his day we appreciated this so much we offered extra payment/ reimbursement for the shipping cost. overall a five-star experience and will definitely stay there the next time we're in town. the area of Noma is very Charming safe and beautiful

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. It was convenient to have a parking spot in the back with easy access to the apartment. Emily was super kind and accommodating with setting up the sofa bed for an extra guest. The place also included toiletries and a full kitchen setup in case of cooking dinner. Overall, a welcoming apartment, very clean, and spacious.

Happy with our stay, accommodation was clean, tidy and suited our needs for our short time we were there. Location was nice and surroundings beautiful. Parking was fist in first served but that didn't bother us. Thank you for hosting us, would happily stay again.

This Airbnb is aesthetic, cozy, and easy to find. My honey and I loved staying here. The space was beautiful and conveniently located. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The neighborhood is lovely and safe. Antonio was very prompt with responses. We would definitely recommend this stay and would come back again without a second thought.

Working with Kam was the ideal experience! His messages were well-timed and helpful. Check-in and out was so simple. Videos supported descriptions. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting DC. Right next to a metro stop, stores and restaurants in a perfect peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to capitol and nationals stadium. The house was the perfect size for our group of 4. Clean and safe. Kam had great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He was eager to make sure our trip was perfect. I would want to stay at this same location and work with Kam again!

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Serena allowed me to park on her property which saved me the trouble and money for paid parking. She was communicative and kind. The house is a 2 minute Uber or an easy walk to the Metro, and about 25 minutes to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well appointed kitchen. I really enjoyed being able to easily cook. the washer and dryer were so nice and better than mine at home! The hosts were very responsive and nice. We enjoyed the Studio Ghibli theme and even watched a movie.

A good rental experience can make your trip feel seamless and like you are home. This well-appointed basement unit is immaculate and modern; Jason and Cade have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Jason quickly responds to any query and has prepared great documentation on the lodging and things to do in the area. The location is safe, walkable and close to metro. I hope we can come back.

This is really a great place to stay! Strategically located with shops, restaurants and supermarkets within 2-3 minutes walking distance. The free DC StreetCar stops just around the corner connecting you to Union Station with ease. Very well equipped unit with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very clean and dust free. Host is absolutely amazing with quick response. Quiet neighbourhood and accessible to all attractions. If you are coming to DC, you must check out this place! No regrets. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My fiancée and I drove in from Ohio to visit the DC area for the first time and Katie & Marcus did not disappoint! Great communication, willing to accommodate and recommended some great places to eat at. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Takoma Park/DC experience!
