Great spot close to the airport an DC! The apartment was cozy and very well kept. A+, 5 stars all around!

This home was wonderful and just as described. While Blair was out of town, Karen treated us wonderfully, even greeting us upon arrival and offering to help us get inside. We didn’t need much, but she was immediately reachable and ready to make our stay great. Would absolutely stay again!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

The place was very cozy, felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet yet minutes away from Dc sights. Everything was well thought out and details covered from kitchen items to bathroom amenities. Very convenient having laundry too as it was raining when we arrived and we were able to launder our wet clothes! Keatons recommendations were thorough and helpful in planning meals. Would absolutely stay again.

Jillian's place was perfect for my husband and I on a short visit to DC. We loved the location so close to Rock Creek Park on a tree lined quiet street. We did have a car, but carless transport would require a bit of a walk to transit to get to downtown DC. The place is a typical DC daylight basement apartment, so a long stay working from home might not be feel a little claustrophobic. Jillian and her family were very quiet overhead which we appreciated. For a night or two this place is great -comfortable bed, excellent shower, comfortable sitting area and kitchen with enough for our stay. We would stay there again if we are back in DC.

Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful neighborhood and close to great shops and restaurants/cafes. Marvin was a very responsive host and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Tom was EXTREMELY responsive. Location was perfect for my needs. Quiet street with easy access to federal triangle (~12 mins w/ traffic) via Uber. Pull out couch was comfortable. Would return again!

Art and Alison were fantastic hosts! Their place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. They were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The home felt top notch — from the cozy decor to the quality linens, toiletries, and coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely return. Thank you both!

This was the first time I’ve used Airbnb and I was so happy with my pictures. I personally think that the pictures don’t do justice for how nice it is. Vincent’s place is extremely clean and so cozy. The little details were appreciated- coffee bar, the stickers with the directions, makeup towel, board games, utensils and dish ware, etc. I had no issue with parking. I liked that Vincent’s place was a bit away from downtown (only about 15 mins drive) because the area was so quiet and peaceful. I loved my stay and hope to be back.

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. Easy check in, super communicative host, and the accommodations were exactly what I needed for a long weekend. I loved the code-lock door and not having to worry about keeping track of a key, the tv and couch made for a comfortable relaxation spot, there was a nice desk for me to work at, plenty of outlets…it really was a wonderful airbnb location. Shareef was an excellent host, I especially appreciated him reminding me that I could use a parking pass the day before I was supposed to check in and forgot myself! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I need to stay in DC again. :)

We loved our stay! The home was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen items, linens and towels. We came prepared with things like dish soap and paper towels, but it was already provided so that was a nice surprise! The home was spacious and very, very kid friendly with tons of toys which we appreciated SO much! We overall loved our stay, the only hiccup was the parking situation, which we were made aware of before booking by the host, but having to find and pay for a parking garage with 4 kids in tow wasn’t ideal. Thank you for a great stay! Good to know there is a great place to stay in the city for future trips to town!

Adriana place was just like the pictures. The unit was good for my quick stay in DC. You have to enter around the back of the unit. Would be good if the house number was in the back. Bathroom is very tiny, but serves it's purpose. Metro station is a quick walk, but the area is a little rough. It is a basement unit so expect to hear noise from upstairs.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're going to the Nationals Park - it's right across the street and has convenient restaurants as well. The place was clean and well laid out and exactly what we needed for a quick stay.

Jeremy was a very gracious host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The space was comfortable and in an unbeatable location!

We got in around 10 or 11pm and I enjoyed walking H street and around the neighborhood

This was a wonderful stay. I loved how they communicated. Very informative. I was in town for multiple events and the furthest i traveled was 12 min. The location is amazing. Compact amenities. Definitely recommend

Ian was very courteous. His place was clean. I loved the shades and decor. Hated all the steps but I loved that so much was in walking distance.

I stayed for a couple nights at Dan's place. It was very comfy and very safe. He is highly responsive and helpful. I will definitely try and stay here again next time im in town!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious place with (private) parking just right across the street from us. It was quiet and the hosts were extremely responsive and super helpful and friendly! When we come to DC again, we'll definitely book if available :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great stay! I enjoyed this place and it was great that it’s next door to chick fil la and a gas station. I know some others have complained about noise from chick fil la, but I didn’t have any issues. Hans was very responsive and allowed me to check in early. Hans was easy to speak with and ensured I felt comfortable in the place. I kept open communication with the Hans and received positive response. Hans was okay with allowing another guest to visit although there’s a strict guest policy. Just be honest and ask first! The unit does have limited space. I thought it would be a bit bigger, but it was enough for a group of 3. Another thing is that there are large high windows that don’t have any coverings which is great lighting, but also lacks privacy. From the street, you could see directly upstairs if the lights are on so be aware of what you’re wearing and doing. (Especially at night) Overall, great stay. I would stay again at one of the higher levels for the views!!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!
