You can find restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket along the mainroad. Numerous ski areas, sledging routes, skitouring routes, hiking and cycling trails, lakes and other outdoor activities are very close by. Free ski bus stops right in front of the house to the skiresort Bergeralm Steinach (10 minute ride)

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. In Winter the beautiful Kiebachgasse turns into a Fairytale Museum where you can meet all your favourite Grimm characters.
