The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

You can find restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket along the mainroad. Numerous ski areas, sledging routes, skitouring routes, hiking and cycling trails, lakes and other outdoor activities are very close by. Free ski bus stops right in front of the house to the skiresort Bergeralm Steinach (10 minute ride)

The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. Entspann auf der privaten Terrasse, im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer oder genieße den Blick in den Himmel vom Bett. Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.
