The accommodation matches the description; it is ideal for group travel as privacy is maintained but common areas are shared. It is located downtown to walk everywhere and the street is quiet to rest. Parking is also easily available. Raúl was very kind and attentive throughout the stay.

My stay in Úbeda of 10, the apartment totally central, faithful to the description; the host has been at all times proactive and facilitating the information of both the places of ubeda and Baeza, as a hotel theme and of course any setback that I would have had in the apartment....100% recommended.

The house was very clean, José left us some capsules for coffee and tea. And everything was great, and he is very helpful and very kind and took care of us very quickly when a small problem arose.
