Vacation rentals with a patio in Navarre

Super clean, super friendly, answered all of my questions immediately, and gave me all the information I needed in perfect timing.

My family of four visited Navarre beach for a family event. The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The beach was super close - right across the street! The Navarre Pier is also very close. If you haven’t been to it I highly recommend taking a stroll. It costs $1 per person, and is free for kids 5 and under and disabled veterans. Lastly, it’s very close to the Navarre bridge so if you’re going back and forth to the mainland it’s right around the corner. As for the host, Donnell stayed in constant communication with me to ensure our stay was going well and we had everything we needed. I appreciated him reaching out to check in with us. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again! Here are some tips if you book: Coffee Machine: it takes both Keurig k-cups and ground coffee for a pot. It’s BYOC so be sure to pick some up :) Laundry: There is a washer/dryer and one packet of soap. If you plan on doing multiple loads pick up detergent.

Everything was wonderful and as presented. Beautiful and sleek. Great getaway for two. Bay beach and pier right outside the back door.

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Even though this is a drive to the beach, this home makes up for it tenfold. There was a plethora of items to make the stay enjoyable. Extra spices, toiletries, all the amenities. I have never seen a home where the host thought of it all! Well done!

We enjoyed Wendy’s place a lot. It was a homely experience for us. Wendy was always responsive and helpful. Our actual checkout time was 9am and we requested for 2 hours extra time. Wendy happily agreed to let us stay another 2 hours. Overall this is great place to stay and we would love to stay again in future

We really enjoyed our time staying here. Great location on a dead end street with minimal traffic. Food ,shopping ,and attractions close by. Short drive to the beach as well. Perfect place to begin and end your day on their wonderful patio. Truly felt like a home away from home with plenty of thoughtful extras added by the host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to take advantage of this great place with great hosts to match .

We had an amazing stay at this Navarre gem! From the moment we booked, host Wendy was an absolute pleasure—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our arrival and departure. She made everything seamless. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. The private access to the water was a huge highlight—we even caught a couple of nice trout right from the shore! The pool area was clean and inviting, and the "pup pad" was such a thoughtful addition. Our golden retriever loved having a secure space to relax—it really made the trip feel like home for all of us. The location was ideal—close to everything in Navarre, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. We’re already talking about booking again. Highly recommend this stay for families, pet owners, or anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront getaway with all the right touches!

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! Perfect place for our family of four. Walking distance to many restaurants/ice cream. 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre Beach. Conveniently located for many activities for the family. I felt like we were 5 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Clean, welcoming space with all the accommodations you could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities. It is convenient to Navarre Beach and for us, to family. David was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to our next trip.

It was super cute and comfortable. Very peaceful. Walking distance to beach. Had snacks, water, sodas, coffee, creamer, and sugar. I highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere was gorgeous and peaceful. Diane was extremely sweet and understanding with clear instructions and an easy check in. We felt safe and welcome the whole time. If this place had a hot tub it’d be flawless but for the amazing view, close proximity to activities, indoor pool, and affordable price, you can’t ask for much more. Would definitely book here again!

Accommodated our last minute booking as another rental fell through. House was located in a nice neighborhood, very very clean, and had everything needed. Host provided all information upon booking so no additional communication was needed. Definitely recommend!

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

The condo was beautifully decorated! It had everything we needed. The view was superb! We had a family emergency and had to leave promptly. I accidentally left the coffee pot on in our haste. Robert was very gracious when I called him an hour later and said he would just send security to turn it off. We will definitely look for his condo when we book again !

The condo was the best we have stayed in. The furniture upgrades both inside and out were a nice unexpected surprise as they weren’t shown in the booking photos. The bed might be the most comfortable ever made! My only complaint, and it’s not really a complaint, is the beach service is a little confusing. You do get chairs and umbrella included but to insure a front row you need to be on the beach early and talking with the guy putting out the chairs about securing some, it’s first come first serve on ones that aren’t reserved. You can also pay $15.00 extra a day to reserve a set. The beach service guy was awesome and took great care of us all week. Highly recommended! Oh, and the pool was not heated and in first of May was a little cool but certainly is of no fault of the owner.

Lori Ann was so kind and friendly. Her place was very clean and nice. I loved the view from the balcony drinking my morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was clean. The shower was very nice plenty of hot water and pressure! I would highly recommend staying if you get a chance. Can’t beat the view of the beach and was great for watching the fireworks Wednesday night and didn’t have to move. Great place!🥰
