The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Everything was exactly as described in the listing! Close to everything! The backyard and the pool were our favorite spots! So relaxing and the fenced in yard was awesome for our fur babies! Natalie was also very accommodating with check in and check out. We can’t wait to come back!

Our group loved our stay at Destin for Greatness. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was convenient and the beach shuttle was so helpful and quick! We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our girls trip!

So many great things to say about renting from Patrick & Maria. First off, the location of the house is absolutely perfect! Patrick & Maria were super helpful, always responded right away and went out of their way to make the stay extra special for our kids. Having the private heated pool was a big bonus for the kids. Having all of the beach gear (chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels) available at the house was incredible, big plus! The kids have already asked to book another stay in Destin, but only if we rent the same house again. Amazing vacation, thank you!

First off, thank you Leslie and Nate for lending your home to us. Your home and the area were everything! When I say the house had everything from beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, pool toys, life jackets for the kids, etc….. The house had extra everything! We never ran out of anything! My family definitely recommend this house. The house is fully equipped with everything and more. DEFINITELY 10/10!! We will definitely be back! Leslie and Nate you’re the BEST host ever!!!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Can’t say one negative thing about our stay! The house was spotless and such cool never seen decor. Kitchen had any tool/gadget you’d ever need. Matthew was very nice and had quick response time. All detailed instructions were posted on the fridge and the whole house was labeled to make things super easy. This place and location did not disappoint!!!

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

The house was perfect for our family! The pool/hot tub were great to have after a long day at the beach! The house was fully stocked and Elizabeth was quick to respond to our questions! We highly recommend the area as well as it is very peaceful, but only a 10 minute drive to the beach! Would defeat like to visit peaceful pines again someday!

Great place to stay. It was every clean. The house had all the amenities we needed and even more. The deck was just gorgeous, we sat down and enjoyed the evenings. Harbor area was quiet, perfect place for a stay with a family. We enjoyed the hot tub. Julie was very communicative. Thank you for a wonderful a stay!

A beautiful place to stay with a great view of the water. From the veranda we could see dolphins. Especially the pool is a highlight!

Amazing place for large family gatherings. Ample space and amenities within the home. 2 mins walk to the beach as well. Everything is as described on the website. The instructions were clear and very comprehensive, so there were no issues. Michael was also very proactive with text messages and checking in from time to time. Great Host. We really enjoyed staying there and had a fun filled thanksgiving week with all our extended family. While we did not use the grill, although we intended to, perhaps that could have been cleaned better. The outdoor sports equipment, especially the pool table may need some TLC.

Summer was very accommodating and responded quickly when I would message her. Her home is quiet and peaceful. My family really enjoyed staying with her. Thank you, Summer!

I would like to say we enjoyed staying at Cynthia's cottage home, it was just want we wanted for our Pensacola Florida trip. It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood, it was quite and a nice area. The space was just perfect for my family of 4, which my kids used one room and we used the other one. I would recommend this to friends and family as well we would come back to stay here. Price was great and location as well, loved how easy it was to get to one place to another. If you want a place close by the beach but not pay the price for a beach front home get this one as its 10 mins away from beaches.

I just returned from a four night stay and everything in the home was perfect! First of all, it was very clean - floors, furniture, bedding, bathrooms - everything! Every nook and cranny was spotless. Even the trash cans were clean. No clutter! All the essentials were there- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap,dish washer detergent. Best thing? Brand new, still wrapped scrubbing sponge for the dishes. I always bring one because I’ve seen some super nasty looking ones when I’ve checked in. Location was great for our needs. Super close to the airport, restaurants, CVS, Winn Dixie and Walmart. My family was using one car, so one morning my husband and I walked to McDonalds for breakfast. It was a little bit of a walk, but doable for us. Neighbors were nice. Clean, well maintained property. Irwin quickly responded to my questions. Not that I really had any! Staying here was a very pleasant experience!

We think this was the most nicely appointed Airbnb that we have ever visited. The host thought of pretty much everything. The backyard is a lovely spot. The equipment provided for beach, recreation, and picnics is outstanding. The location’s proximity to Pensacola downtown is especially convenient. Nicely done!

We enjoyed our stay with our son and dog. Loved the private fenced in backyard where our dog could play without worries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.
