Vacation rentals with lake access in Navarre

Jerry and his wife were wonderful hosts. Probably some of the best hosts we have had. We were able to check in early (1pm!!) which was so helpful with a toddler and infant for nap time. We didn’t have the best weather, but it didn’t matter - the porch was GREAT to sit out on and not get rained on. This house is VERY walkable. We walked to the beach multiple times - it’s very close and a safe walk. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. They even let our toddler play with their outdoor toys when they weren’t in use. Very family friendly (kids playing soccer outside, etc). We had no issues with noise at night - it was very peaceful. Finally, the hosts were very responsive - we unfortunately had a medical emergency and they both answered on the first ring. They were very supportive and compassionate in helping us get the care we needed. Would visit again! Thanks again! Thank you for a perfect stay! We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio! The location was perfect to both Pensacola, Perdido and Orange beach! The beds were comfortable and cozy! The kitchen was large and had all we needed! We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Awesome place if you are visiting your loved one at Navy Base. Especially if they have curfew only 15 minutes to base. Was able to spend more time with my daughter and her friends. Also Tim was very responsive. The keurig coffee maker didn’t work and he immediately had one delivered 2 hours later. We also sat on back porch and watched the blue angels practice. Very beautiful view of canal and very quiet. Awesome place!

We booked a family vacation spot for 16 of us and the house was definitely big enough to host all of us plus more. Everything about the house felt like home. It had everything we needed plus more. Check in wasn’t supposed to be until 4pm but the host let us check it way earlier which was such a relief especially with 8 kids. The drive to the beach was nothing but a 5 minute drive minus the traffic. The host also had everything you needed for the beach suck as sand toys, towels and more. Over all 10 / 10 recommended place to stay!!!

Kay’s was a great stay! Loved the big yard our dogs had a BLAST and fence was secure and safe. The queen bed was super comfy I wanted to take it home lol. There was lots of towels which is always great and lots of seating.

Beautiful home about 15 mins from Navarre Beach. The host was super responsive and made sure we had what we needed. The garage is loaded with beach items for kids which came in very handy. We had a great week in Florida!

Maria's place was great She responded to my messages fast. The house was alot of room my grandkids loved the pool the most. It was very clean and with the screen around pool no BUGS. I will be staying next time in town.

Great place to stay in Niceville right on the bay. Melissa's Place was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay watching the boats come in.

We enjoyed staying at Haydee’s place. It was a spacious place and was set up nicely for a family to stay all week (including a washer and dryer). It was about a 15-20 min walk to the beach so you did not have to drive. There were also places to eat which were walkable. The only issues we experienced were paying for parking by QR code and a louder neighbor upstairs one evening, but these were both out of Haydee’s control, and she was very responsive the whole time.

The place is exceptionally tidy and the host is reactive and quick to respond. All the basic amenities are provided along with few complementary dishwasher and laundry pods. 😊The home is very conveniently located to the beach like 5 mins walk to the outside of the resort and access to the beach right across the street. The premium outlets is around 7 mins drive. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Great place to stay right in the middle of lots of things to do. I will say the one thing not communicated in the listing is that the bathroom is Jack and Jill style and connect the 2 rooms together. But the place is great, in a safe area, had many pools, the beach is close, and is well worth the price.

Overall, our stay was great. The majority of the property was booked all weekend. Little different staying in a location with multiple renters, much like a bed and brekkie. I enjoyed our space - we weren’t around much but you can hear very clearly your neighbors since it’s only a door that separates you. Quiet time is 10 and everyone followed that which was good. We enjoyed the dock the most. I sat for hours and watched dolphins play right in front of me. The dock needs some work with the sun getting to it but pretty typical in Florida. The grounds were kept clean and nice. Crystal was our co-host and she was amazing. Responsive and communicative - we were even able to check in a liter early. Bed on our side of the manor is pretty soft, so it was the couch for me as it’s more firm. I’d stay again but maybe in the guesthouse where it’s more quiet as that’s my preference. Parking can be tricky so be prepared. Three boat trailers while we stayed but I had my own space. Enjoyed it!

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The location is perfect and there are tons of restaurants close by. We also liked that it is a gated community and you had to check in with the security guard before going in. Overall 10/10 and will be coming back!

Cute place, exactly what we need it.

Clean and Spotless upon arrival. Private with fencing all around property. Beautiful scenery and less than a mile from Navy Point. Will recommend!!

Everything was wonderful except the Beach was soo over populated. Just To many people using one area. Unless you’re up for a very Long walk past all the crowds.

Super responsive and very easy to talk to. House is beautiful. Fully recommend to anyone visiting the Pensacola area. 15 minute drive to the downtown scene.

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s. It’s In a quiet neighborhood and easy to venture out to anywhere we wanted to explore. Loved the remotes for fans and lights in each room. We also spent a lot of time just hanging out in the piano room which was a key part of getting together. The place also had chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach and most anything you might need. It has been well thought out. We were very happy we chose this place amongst all the different options. Thanks Christopher for a great stay!

Had a great time. Great location- quick walk to beach/ playground. Friendly neighbors. Fit my family well for the week we were in town.

We’re repeat visitors and our stay this time was just as lovely as the last. The Nest offers a cozy place to hang out, bed down, and base from. We love spending time kayaking the sound and watching for wildlife. Beaches, seafood, and all the Ft.Walton/Destin vacation fun is close by, but the Nest is homey and easily fit our family of four. Very grateful for laundry to wash bathing suits in between beach days!
