Elle est équipée d'une piscine, d'un tennis, d'un étang et est entourée de bois. La maison n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (présence de marches et escaliers)

In a small neighborhood near the village and its shops and 20 minutes from the city center of Nantes. It is a renovated and furnished half basement with two bedrooms (25 m2 and 10 m2) with a kitchen and bathroom area. In the 25 m2 bedroom there is a sofa bed for 2 other people such as children.
