Hot water, showers that work perfectly, comfortable bed and having a door to close it gives you a lot of intimacy, clean sheets, good temperature, equipped kitchen. We had a really good 4 days at Joseba's place. The house, perfect. With all the necessary amenities. We would definitely repeat.
