Le Fournil des Broussilloux (The Broussilloux Bakery)

DaanRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We stayed 5 nights in this lovely house, full of sunny seating and with a beautiful garden and after a few days my girlfriend asked: "How long could you stay here?" on which we agreed that you can easily spend 3 weeks here if you love peace, hiking, cooking and small, French villages. Very nice and the house owners are very friendly.
A charming stone house is presented, featuring light blue shutters and an arched doorway. The structure displays a classic architectural style common in the region, with a sloped roof and textured stone walls. A gravel pathway leads to the entrance, adding to the rustic appeal.

House in the heart of the village

AdeleRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Great stay at this charming old house. Well-maintained, it's vintage and the bathrooms are new, perfect mix. It's always cool in summer and very spacious. Out of 5 people, I was the only one bothered by the church bells adjoining the house (7am every morning) and the 2 neighbors' parties. Internet works carefree but no WiFi. We've followed the advice of previous vacationers: you have to bring your bowls if you're cooking. Jean Luc is very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout . Thank you:) We loved staying there.

Beautiful experience in the Maison d'Angel: the accommodation is superb, spacious and well furnished and decorated. The setting, garden and forest are very pleasant. Everything has a lot of charm: a timeless break! Excellent hosting and special touches throughout the stay from Michèle.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Steve and Isabelle’s lovely home. It is very peaceful and incredibly quiet there. There are very good restaurants not too far away. The bed was comfortable and everything clean and well maintained.

Beautiful Perigordian Falconry

AnneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay. The house is very nice and we were able to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The house, besides being comfortable and clean, is very well decorated and feels like home. We'll be happy to go back for a vacation. We would like to thank Stéphanie who made our stay as pleasant as possible and was available for all our questions.

A deluxe space for two.

ClaudineRating, 5 stars1 day ago
An oasis of peace, set in a stunning corner of the Causses du Quercy in a charming hamlet with a lot of history. The accommodation has been lovingly restored to a very high standard by Simone & David who make sure their guests are very comfortable. Nice little touches on arrival, such as a welcome card and a bottle of wine, together with a few basic items are very thoughtful and always keep the guests in mind. The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped, the bed super comfortable with nice white crisp bed linen. Simone is a wonderful host, always available to help and answer any questions but also very respectful of your privacy. The pretty village of Labastide-Murat is within easy reach by car and has all you need including a brand new well stocked supermarket. We spent a wonderful few days at L’Annexe, exploring this beautiful area and relaxing on one of the two terraces in the evening while gazing at the amazing starry skies. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve holidayed in!

Medieval Cottage Next to Castle with Valley Views!

AlisonRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was a return to the Dordogne after a 25 year absence and it did not disappoint. It was a treat to stay in Ben’s wonderful property so close to the chateau at Beynac. The interior has been thoughtfully restored, remaining entirely in character with such a historic building but providing modern convenience. Its elevated position on the hillside is perfect for taking in the views and we especially enjoyed the terrace tucked at the back of La Maisonette which looks straight down and along the river. Thank you Ben - we had a great time.
