Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Naga City

I had a great stay at this place with my family of 5. The space was still very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and all the basic amenities were provided. The host was very responsive and accommodating—they even installed a heater upon request, which was very much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants conveniently nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We're definitely coming back.

The house is very decent, both in and out. The wifi is also really good - we connected 2 laptops and 6 mobile phones, but the internet is still fast. The beds are so comfy. The host also provided us with towels. The toilets are spacious, though the water pressure in the toilet in the 1st floor is a lot stronger than the water pressure in the 2nd floor's toilet. It was so hot in Naga when we came, but the aircon in the rooms and the electric fans in the 1st floor were very helpful. Before you buy groceries, check the cabinets first. Because you could find cooking oil and some seasoning and condiments in them. The things you need for cooking are also in there - complete! Just a friendly suggestion - bring a chopping board if you plan to cook. We can't find it during our stay in there, unless we are just not looking enough. The host also provided us with drinking water. And as for the water dispenser, you can find it outside - just open the back door. :)

Overall, the property is good place to live away from home! As the name itself, it’s a farm so expect that is located outside the city! If you’re a nature lover, you’ll love the place. I am expecting that everything is to be provided like bath towel, toiletries, disposable slippers and the likes. However, i found that only limited supplies were at hand. But upon request from the host, the same were provided on time!

Great place to stay and very neat and clean. Only downside was that guard struggled to find the guest form (which was not the hosts fault!). Door lock was a bit tricky as you had to pull handle up to open and it took us a moment to find that out. A few usable pots for cooking would be great, otherwise everything else was great.

I booked this accommodation for someone, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. From the smooth booking process to the clear instructions, everything was handled with care. There were a few minor concerns, but the owner was just one call away and always ready to help with kindness and quick action. The location was also a big plus, easily accessible to everything, from essentials to nearby places to explore. It was a peaceful, well-supported, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

It was my brother who stayed but according to them, they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and it’s exactly how it was advertised in the listing. They just had a hard time finding an available parking space outside the building as it was fully occupied and weren’t able to use the Netflix on the TV because the caretaker wasn’t able to provide the login but overall, the stay was good. Will probably recommend this or check in here again next time. Thank you!

Joanna’s place is 5mins walk from the big shopping mall and the main bus terminal which is very convenient. It’s in the center of Naga City, yet as it is located in a small side street, it’s amazingly quiet. We did not meet her in person but there is a very trustful caretaker. We really appreciated the convenience and security of her place.

Space was large enough to accommodate 3-4 persons. The room was neatly presented with all its amenities and features ready and working. Location is in proximity of city center and malls. Having an own parking space is a huge plus when you need to move around with a car. The balcony provides a decent view of the city to unwind. Overall, the entire experience is great and will definitely book again.

Nil was really accommodating throughout our stay. I explained the reason for our abrupt visit and was able to provide us with early check-in. The place was tidy, no complaints overall.

Our family already stayed at C Apartelle’s last year and we booked again as their units give comfort and a homey vibe. Their airbnb units are always clean! Kudos to Sir Chin and Sir Russell! Thank you.

Had to check-in at the last minute and Venvic was able to accomodate us. The place was clean, tidy, and even had board games which was cool. Even for a unit that’s small and good for two, there’s a lot of storage space for our belongings. The price is worth it with good internet speed as well. We also had to extend our stay so close to our check out date, and we’re grateful that he accepted it promptly. Thanks for hosting us!

The place is beautiful, clean, and functional. It is affordable and fully furnished. Towels are provided. Good location. It’s near the Centro of Naga. Complete cooking & kitchenwares. Fast internet. But smart signal is just 1 bar inside and get 2 bars near the window. 7eleven is 10mins away. Coffeeshop, tapsilogan, ukayan are nearby. There are Sari -sari store outside. Restroom is clean but it would be better to put bathroom deodorizer to remove the odor. No bidet, no hot & cold shower but fine with us. The building is clean, spacious, and new. Guards are kind and helpful. Easy to find by Food panda. Public transpo is easy to find outside the bldg. Grab is also available.

This booking was really a rush booking due to bad weather condition that’s why we needed a place to stay right away. The host was very responsive and she accommodated us right away. The only thing is that the picture in the app did not match the room that was given to us. Though according to the host basically the same lang sya with the one in the picture and they have to accommodate us early since we don’t have a place to stay. The plus factor with them is that when we arrived at the condo we were able to check in right away. We didn’t wait for the 3pm to be able to be accommodated and I was very grateful for that 🙏🏻 the thing that I want to suggest would be towels, other toiletries like tissue and soap. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The location is very good and the place is very cozy. We will surely be coming back again and will recommend the place to other travelers with kids ♥️

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

The host is very responsive and friendly, however my sisterinlaw had a problem checking in but they solve it personally and went there. Very accomodating and friendly. The place itself is very beautiful and homey. Will surely get back here. 😍 thnk you so much mam & sir!

i had an enjoyable stay at Casa Emmaria. The place was peaceful enough that I could work properly. Very nice location. Staff/Guards were very friendly. My only issue was the bathroom. When you shower, the water just flows. The partition doesn't really work that well. There's also some slight smell in the bathroom. its probably the pipes. but overall it was a good stay. will definitely be back.

My family in Naga stayed in Mr. Samuel’s place during the Pepito typhoon. The place was nice and very safe. He’s so professional and communicative host. My family love his place. They say it feels like “HOME”. Thank you sir, Samuel for being a great host. Highly recommended to group or Family who wants to stay in Naga. The place is also near “Centro” where you can do a lot of things. Good place. Good foods. 💯❤️
