It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

nice place to stay, very comfortable, clean and we've felt like home. beautiful house design. we can cook anything. 5 mins walk to city proper. very accommodating host and kind. definitely we'll stay again for next staycation. thank you po Sir Martin and Ms. Leen❤❤

Nil was really accommodating throughout our stay. I explained the reason for our abrupt visit and was able to provide us with early check-in. The place was tidy, no complaints overall.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. The location was great, and the room was well-equipped. The wifi connection was also very reliable perfect for us ni husband na parehong WFH ang set-up. Very safe yung place and you will really feel at home. Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely book this again pag umuwi ulit kami ng Bicol.
