I had a great stay at this place with my family of 5. The space was still very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and all the basic amenities were provided. The host was very responsive and accommodating—they even installed a heater upon request, which was very much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants conveniently nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Andy's bnb is value for money. It's homey, clean, and with everything you might need in the kitchen and living area. We enjoyed the huge TV with netflix, and the quiet surrounding within a private subdivision was a big plus as it was great for our morning walk and jog!

I had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The property is located in a quiet and peaceful subdivision—perfect for a relaxing getaway. While it’s a bit far from the city proper, getting around wasn’t a problem as Grab or Joyride Car services are available, and there are tricycles as an alternative option. Just outside the subdivision, you’ll find accessible fast food spots and other establishments, which was very convenient. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The AC could be a bit stronger, but the stand fan helped circulate the cool air well enough. The kitchen was tidy and fully equipped, and the bathroom was clean and roomy. There was a minor issue with a loose thread in the bidet, but it was manageable and didn’t affect our overall experience. The host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. If I ever visit Naga again, this is definitely a place I’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. 5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as describe- clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was stable and perfect for remote work. The location is close to great restaurants, and local attractions. Ms. Virna was very responsive and gave helpful local tips that made my trip even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciate the thoughtful touches like free drinking water, complete toiletries and towels for each guest. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers! Kudos for an excellent service 🥰

Mary Glee's place exceeded our expectations - it was clean, homey, and peaceful. Although it's a bit far from the city, the serene atmosphere made it an ideal retreat. We even extended our stay multiple times and appreciated Mary Glee's flexibility with our requests, including an earlier check-in. I highly recommend this place.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. It was a great and comfy place to stay in. Host was super responsive and attentive to our needs. We had more than what we need. And felt right at home. Plus its so near the malls! My tita and i chose to sleep in the couch which looked and felt so comfy. Also because the stairs to the second floor rooms were a bit steep and the bathroom was on the ground floor and my 70 yo tita didnt want to go down the stairs at night to pee 🤭I would say Chinee’s place is perfect but does not fit its surroundings. The place is in an alley and you have to park at the corner of a bigger street a few feet away. Neighbors are friendly though. We still looked forward to staying in Chinee’s place and her couch after a long tiring day.
