The stay was very nice and quiet. Perfect if you want to have a quiet and relaxing weekend. We loved the place, even though it was very small, you didn't feel cramped and the amenities were ideal. There was everything you needed and beyond! The decor is very stylish and our personal highlight was the window front next to the bed! We also had our two dogs with us. There were many walking opportunities and the dogs also felt very comfortable. We have nothing to complain about, but it would have been very nice if check-in had been possible at an earlier time and check-out at a later time as we would have liked to have spent even more time there. All in all it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed the time very much! We recommend the place and would definitely come back!

Perfect accommodation for us, sufficient double or single rooms. Great amenities in the kitchen and the possibility to take drinks and coffee directly at fair prices was perfect for our weekend getaway. Optimal location for our trips to the Mining Museum and the Starlight Express. And finally, I would like to mention the good communication. If I look for something in the Bochum again, I will look for this place again:)

We stayed in the apartment to visit the musical Starlight Express and watch a soccer game in Dortmund. Both destinations were easily accessible. We were only there very briefly, so it didn't bother us that the apartment is in a kind of industrial area. The apartment was perfectly equipped, everything fits well together, the decor was thoughtful and stylish. And still practical. Thanks!

From the beginning to the end, we felt comfortable. Modern decor, everything as described. The special treat: The loving basket with toys and other extras for our four-legged companion If there is anything to complain about, it is the noise from the main road with the window open. In the evening, it was quiet again, so you could sleep relaxed. I will definitely return!

Six of us had a great stay. The communication is great, the house is cozy and modernly furnished with a beautiful view of the lake. It was pleasantly quiet in the neighborhood of the seals. The location is also good, you can get to both Nordhorn and as well as Lingen. We'll be back!

We were super satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, and most importantly warm! The host is friendly and proactive, and went out of their way to get us new internet after some road work cut it for the building - not their fault or responsibility, and they still made sure we have a stable internet. Also checked up on us and whether we need any other amenities. If we visit Bochum again, this would be our choice.

Adam's place was very nice and modern, just like the photos depicted. Everything was super clean and Adam was always on hand for questions. There were issues with the internet and TV one evening. I reached Adam the same evening and he took care of it the next morning and fixed the issue. Just great!

As a small family with a son under one year old, this was the perfect place to stay. The entire accommodation is child-safe and offers numerous employment opportunities. The garden provides the basis for, for example, wonderful evenings by the fire pit. For us, the private sauna in the house was an additional highlight to round off the day in a relaxed way. The hosts are also really very friendly and gave tips for different aspects. Overall, we can make a clear recommendation :)

The place is in a quiet and safe location. The house offers everything you need and as a bonus the house has its own parking space. We were cycling in Dortmund, so for us everything was about 5 km away (center, Borussia, city parks). Dortmund is a beautiful city full of green.
