Despite the central location it was very quiet in the room. Walking distance to everything. Everything was clean and the staff super friendly.

This was my second time staying here, I love Regina’s place as it is super spacious, clean, well equipped and homely. The street is quiet and there is a space to park your car. There is also an Aldi only a short 3-5min walk away. Regina is very friendly and a lovely host. Would for sure recommend staying here!

Great communication and was very considerate when I had to change check in times. The place was very green with loads of plants, however no WiFi and a little bit cold as radiators were not working. Overall a great stay!

There were six of us in July 2024 for an extended weekend in Elke's apartment. Even before the trip, the communication with her was already very positive, we directly got information about the Wi-Fi password, access and parking and Elke responded super quickly to inquiries about the amenities. We also had to leave a small accommodation fee in the end, which may have been up since the beginning of the year, but that was perfectly fine. The apartment itself is well equipped! 4 bedrooms each with one double bed, numerous kitchen utensils, books, games, etc. everything is clean and new and modern furnished. We found our way around and felt comfortable right away! Since the weather did not play along, we were not able to use the garden extensively, but it was still great. Great house in a lovely location with good decor. Bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are not included and must be ordered for a fee via order form via email order form. This is a bit cumbersome. Kitchen equipment is sufficient. In the children's room there are a few toys, Lego, etc., the children were very happy about that. The fitness equipment on the gallery makes the room a little uncomfortable, the treadmill didn't work and couldn't be repaired either. But along the canal it runs nicer anyway:) We felt very comfortable!!

My spontaneous reservation worked out great thanks to quick and easy communication with Mario, who is very likeable and helpful as a host! The place was very clean, neat and had everything you need. Overall, I had a perfect stay :)

Beautiful room with private kitchen! Felt very cozy, the bathrooms were very clean as well, had all the amenities you need for a good stay!

Perfect accommodation for us, sufficient double or single rooms. Great amenities in the kitchen and the possibility to take drinks and coffee directly at fair prices was perfect for our weekend getaway. Optimal location for our trips to the Mining Museum and the Starlight Express. And finally, I would like to mention the good communication. If I look for something in the Bochum again, I will look for this place again:)
