It was a wonderful stay Nilaavu. It felt like our own home the moment we entered the property. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. It's spacious, with a well-furnished living room and all rooms having attached bathrooms. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There's also ample parking space. My family, especially the kids, truly enjoyed the stay—it was a memorable experience for all of us.

Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

The stay was beautiful. We went during the peak summer so it’s obviously extremely hot, so stayed inside this amazing stay during day time, enjoying the view from the balcony. There was air conditioning but I think the capacity of air conditioner is not sufficient for the space of the room. Had to keep it on for so many hours to feel the room cooling down. No food places to go nearby, the airbnb helper cooks amazing sea food, other than that one can be able to order food from swiggy. Totally worth the price, very remote. Might have a bit of trouble to communicate with the helper/maid because she only knows malayalam, but easily manageable with a bit of effort and google translate.

The stay is amazing just like how it’s shown in the picture and described. The house is pristine clean, has all amenities, located just near the main road and has a very positive vibe. Though I travelled with my pets and the entire house was accessible by us, however the house can easily be a good fit for a big family vacation. Coming to the host, Sukhesh is one of the best host I have ever met through AirBnB. Very responsive, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable person. Very interesting and positive person to have a conversation with. The best part is very helping nature and easy going. This is a must place to visit and worth the stay.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house and I couldn't be happier with my choice. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, everything was neat, clean and thoughtfully designed. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. And parking was convenient ,I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was my first stay at a homestay. I wasn't sure what to expect. However it turned out to be a great experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemonade drink by friendly host. They helped us settle down quickly. All amenities are good. We being strict vegetarian, kitchen was really useful. Thank you Babu and special thanks to Amma as well. Beach is just five minutes walk where we spent lots of time.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected weather conditions, we couldn't enjoy our trip to the fullest—but the kindness and understanding shown by the host truly stood out. The owner was incredibly accommodating and even refunded us a portion of the amount, despite not being obligated to do so. That kind of generosity is rare and deeply appreciated. It reflects a genuine concern for guests' comfort and satisfaction. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’re really looking forward to visiting again when the weather is better and we can fully experience all it has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hospitable and honest host.
