Condo vacation rentals in Mountain View

We had a issue with the shower head on arrival. Vacasa and their team were so quick to address the issue. The gentleman who manages the entire property was so wonderful. He met us on checkin and made us feel very welcomed from the start. They were repaving the parking lot and he had an entire plan in place for parking guests as we arrived if our spot was affected by the current paving. The place was quiet and relaxing. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting to use it. We had a small child and the hosts have thought of everything there were even some kids books there :)

Issa's place is in a great location, especially during Merrie Monarch. It was a short walk from the auditorium and very quiet. This spot had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed seeing the ducks when we ate breakfast on the balcony. We'd stay here again!

Our condo had a nice view and was comfortable, the location is great, next to beautiful lava pools and a beach park. We had a great meal across the street at Seaside!

Great spot from which to check out Hilo. Apartment is really comfortable and very clean. Great and very responsive host. Would absolutely stay there again.

We love staying at this location. We previously lived in this building and felt lucky to find this great rental. Appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels for the stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Genes place was very clean,and comfortable. lots of space and nice kitchen area. ceiling fan is a life saver as it can get warm but everything worked great and the the view from the balcony is nice over looking the pool with all the greenery. Mahalo to Gene and O'hana!

This place was fabulous. Everything I had hoped it would be and more. The cove right at the condo was amazing. We walked out at night and got see the turtles. My favorite place so far. The host was awesome too. Hope we get to come back here someday.

It was the perfect spot and in the middle of Hilo town. My babies loved the koi ponds a s the pool. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I really appreciated this responsive host, studio is perfectly minimal with the perfect touch of the island that matches the nature surrounding — yes there are natural noises from birds and frogs, this is a tropical island and there’s water surrounding the complex! We loved watching the baby ducklings. I have to give extra props for the natural bedding— it was perfectly chosen for the climate and I appreciated that there were cotton/bamboo as it’s a pet peeve of mine to sleep on polyester. There were three fans in the studio so we stayed comfortable all day, however if you’re a super light sleeper or need full blast a/c to rest, this spot is not for you. All around this spot is a wonderful deal in the middle of Hilo- there are friendly locals, chickens, and feral cats— you’ll find this all over big island. Plenty close to downtown, good eats, and all the special beaches Hilo has to offer.

I had such a lovely stay. The place was exactly as described and it was perfect for my brief stay in Hilo. The location is fantastic and the space was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great.

Ryan’s Condo Unit is the perfect place to stay on the east side of the Big Island. It’s nearby the main road, easily accessible to get your vacation plans going, but also secluded away so that you have some privacy, some needed peace and you won’t hear the sounds of rushing cars. We paid extra for AC which was perfect because after our first long day of touristing it up and arriving later than expected, we walked in to a very cool room. I highly recommend adding this when booking. The pool was also an added bonus and their instructions were easy to follow. We swam laps, admired the different types of surrounding trees and lounged around by the lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views of the lagoons, ocean, volcano and jungle forest firm thus corner unit. Access to Carlsmith Park and lagoons was about 209 yards. Swam with a Honu on the first day I arrived and enjoyed snorkeling in the protected lagoon. The lack of air conditioning was nit a problem in April as the breeze was lovely. The location was a 10’ drive to downtown and very close to the airport. There were a few things missing, like pepper and hair conditioner, but easily obtained. Mindy was the in site manager of the unit and she was very responsive. She was able to download Hawaii News Now so that we could watch the Merrie Monarch competition live. I would definitely stay here again in the Sprung, Fall ir Winter, though I would guess summer might be a bit warm without air conditioning.

This place was perfect and exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on the Big Island, without costing a fortune.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

LOVED this location and the unit! Gorgeous views of the adjacent park from the lanais and a great place for morning walks or runs. I also really appreciated the extra touches — the welcome basket, yoga mats, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. Great value. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Maggie was very responsive and helpful. She had great recommendations and was flexible when I needed to add a night to my trip. The room has a great location and the balcony was amazing. It was very clean the bed was comfy and the fan combined with the AC kept it very cool. The pool was really big and had fresh water which makes a big difference. Overall a great experience A+ Mahalo Maggie!

We had a wonderful time at Carrie’s place. The deck with comfy chairs, a wonderful hammock and Kitty were lovely. We spent a long time there hanging out. We had everything we needed available there. No complaints at all 😊

The accommodation was just as shown in the photos. It is located beside a quiet lake, making it a great base for visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and the Mauna Kea. Linda was friendly and responded quickly to our inquiries.

Staying here was my home away from home. We enjoyed the peace, sort of away from the busy roads. It was in the middle of a lot of places. They provided everything that we needed. Other than that, we will definitely return on our next trip here to Hilo.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb accommodations. This condo is the best. It it's perfect for one or two people it they aren't sharing beds. I love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. I have been here multiple times and I am very comfortable here. Restaurants, market, and beaches are close and easy to access. I love staying here. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est idéalement situé. Les instructions sont très clairs. Vous trouverez tout le nécessaire, voir plus, à votre disposition dans le logement. Seul bémol : le canapé lit n'est pas un vrai lit et il est difficile d'y accueillir 2 personnes pour dormir, je recommande de venir à 5 maximum. Merci à James pour l'amabilité et la réactivité !
