Jacob was a great host and the place was perfect for me! Had no problem finding the place. Sea View is a beautiful neighborhood and I would recommend going to Uncle Robert’s on Wednesday really good vibes 🤙 Mahalo Jacob this trip was exactly what I needed 🏝️🏝️🏝️

Everything exceeded our expectations! Booking, checking in and checking out was so easy and simple! The house is gorgeous, big, spacious and so cozy and prepped with all that you could need! A break from the hustle and bustle of O’ahu was exactly what we needed. My family sure enjoyed the house to the fullest! My kids used the party lights every night, the girls got to enjoy the backyard, everyone exercised in the gym, the neighborhood was perfect for a brisk family walk and the 6 of us had so much room to occupy! The big kitchen was wonderful for our lovely family meals and the kids even had lots of space to build a big, cute fort by the front door! The luxury bathroom was fantastic and being able to use the laundry room was just great! Mahalo nui loa again Tony! Stellar job with this airbnb and we hope to come back again soon!

I love how the place was decorated of the Star Wars theme. My boys are huge fans of the franchise. The kids had lots of fun seeing all the decor, playing with toys, and adults played the board games. The house was very spacious for a group of 11 of us. The house is cool because the lava burned down the house next door and there are steam vents now in front and all around the property making it look like a land from Star Wars. There was A/C in the home which was great because it can get warm and humid sometimes. There was still hair in the shower in the main bedroom but I think it’s because the hosts maybe live there and it was booked last minute. The host greeted us and showed us the place quickly and they made sure we had everything we needed. The house was pricey but super cool for one night and worth it to see my boys nerd-out for one night and just be in awe with all the cool decor.

My friends and I had the best stay here! Incredibly peaceful and private setting which had us feeling rested taken care of. Instructions were clear and place was filled with character. The hosts put a ton of effort into making the experience the best it could be!

We stayed 4 days here with extended family in the smaller home on the same property and it was great. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space for our family of 5 (larger group was 10 total) to spread out. The best part was the beach across the road with good snorkeling (stronger currents so be careful) and lagoon with turtles. Plenty of outdoor gear to borrow- SUP, kayaks, small boogie boards, water shoes and snorkel/fins. Would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite feature about Leigh's Place was the size. There were five of us, two grandparents, two parents and one 10 year old child. We all had a place to go and take time for ourselves as well as great family times at the front room tables or on the very spacious porch. The kitchen was very roomy and easy for several of us to be in there at the same time. Our 10 year old loved playing ping pong with his dad in the basement. The house was beautifully landscaped a gave a feeling of paradise. We were not far from town and the beaches. Very convenient location if one did not mind a short drive. Very clean. The five of us have taken quite a few Hawaii vacations together and Leigh's Place was definitely my favorite accommodation to date.

We had a great time staying here. We love eating breakfast in the lanai overlooking the pool and palm trees. The place was really nice and clean. The bed were perfect ( not too firm nor soft) and the linens were clean. We had a great sleep every night. The kitchen was small but just perfect to cook and warm up food. The hosts were great at responding promptly to our question about water safety. It was nice that the tap water was safe to drink. The location was great. Close to a a lot of food places. Over all, the place was great and would definitely book again if we are in this area again. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We enjoyed spending a long weekend here. Cynthia and the staff on site are very knowledgeable about the island and recommendations. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub. We also enjoyed having the opportunity to mingle with other guests on site. Would stay here again

My family and I had an amazing time. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spacious living room and outdoor lounging areas. Wayne is very communicative and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were really lucky to have found this winner of an Airbnb and host.

What a wonderful experience! Staying with Kristen was the perfect Hawaiian holiday. The space was double the size of a traditional hotel room for half the price. We enjoyed our morning coffee in our screened in private indoor outdoor kitchen, surrounded by the jungle. Located about a half hour from Hilo, it is just minutes from historic Pahoa Town, with many restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops and that old town charm. For a modern experience there is a new Puna Kai shopping center with even more restaurants and and a supermarket. We loved the location, and our stay we were able to drive the Red Road and visit the ‘new’ Pohoiki Beach created by the 2018 lava flow, as well as other beaches and stop for snacks and smoothies at ‘Uncle Roberts’ in old Kalapana.. We also took a day trip to Hawaii volcanoes park, and another black sand beach called Punaluu. On our third day we visited Hilo town and found another 5 miles of beaches there. The stay at Kristen’s space felt like old Hawaii. It is not a corporate hotel and may not have all of the same amenities, but if you need some thing not provided, Kristen is a great host able to provide it, or let us know where we could get what we What a wonderful experience! Private space, surrounded by the nature of the Big Island, lovely pool! A full kitchen for any kind of cooking in a beautiful room! I stayed in various places and it was the most calm place!

Can’t say enough good things about Ginger and her place. To start, Ginger was a very proactive and responsive host. She made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, gave us a tour of the place, and recommended a lot of great places on the island. As for the place, you can’t beat the price! It is a little far out, especially if you don’t have a rental car, but the area and nice and private, and the stars light up the sky at night. Ginger provides us with all the amenities we needed for our stay, along with clear instructions for both check in and check out. Thank you again for hosting us Ginger, we can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time staying at Kristen's place in Pahoa. She was such a great host. Very quick to respond to our questions and requests, provided great local tips, and an overall great person to get to know. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home on the east side of the Big Island, either for a few days or for a longer stay. Very comfortable with a big bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, and living room. Jungle living at its finest!

John was a great host! He was super nice and welcoming. The place was clean and nice and spacious. He left us bottled water and made sure we settled in.

Had a great time in this private and peaceful accommodation. Ashley was very friendly and responsive and provided us with privacy and easy communication. This place provides a unique and relaxing glamping style stay. It rained very hard the first night and sounded beautiful as it’s an open air room but still felt very secure and everything stayed dry. After the rain the coqui were plentiful so it may not be for everyone but I found it to be soothing and peaceful. My only recommendation is maybe to hang a mirror in the shower room or in the kitchen/bathroom area. Mahalo for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Vicky’s place! We loved the beautiful, serene outdoor area, and we had everything we needed inside. We were prepared for the chickens and coqui frogs at night/early morning, as we had been to the big island before, so we brought earplugs and a sound machine and slept great. The location was conveniently located close to the town of Hilo but still far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Private, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Clean with everything you need. Amy checked in with us to ensure we were happy and provided suggestions for sightseeing. We would definitely book it again.

Beautiful and comfortable! The apartment was charming, cozy, and had a well-equipped kitchen. James was such a friendly and responsive host. Highly recommend. Heads up that the coffeemaker is a Keurig if you care about that sort of thing.

The Condo was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Larry was a great host and always responded right away when we needed help with anything. The whole environment was very peaceful for us.

The dome stay was one our family will never forget! We made a fire and told stories as the sun set, star gazed, and enjoyed a beautiful night in nature with the sound of the ocean as we slept. Thanks Matt for a wonderful night!
