Kat's place was perfect for a quiet getaway. Also, Kat was extremely thoughtful, leaving movie snacks on the coffee table. Her communication was excellent, and I'd definitely go back!

This was our second time booking this location. Great location for access to Aspen-Snowmass. Everything was as advertised. Well stocked and laid out kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very nice and interesting decorating throughout. Very well maintained. Easy access. Great communication. The 1/2 bath was a plus along with the 2 full baths. We will definitely look to book this place for a 3rd time the next time we head back for another ski trip to Aspen-Snowmass.

A great little apartment in the heart of downtown New Castle. You can walk out the front door and access multiple trails for morning workouts. Also very close to both Rifle and Glenwood Springs which have great hospitals, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. My husband and I stayed for a few months while looking for a house in the area and it was the perfect spot. Easy parking (private lot), great neighbors, friendly and safe area. If you're staying for a longer period of time, it will quickly feel like home. Lee and David are great hosts - responsive, attentive, knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. We were able to observe a small squirrel in a tree close to the house as well as wild geese on the river. Beautiful! Special mention for the brand new and equipped kitchen and the view of nature is breathtaking! Thank you again for this beautiful stay!
