This is a beautiful, brand new, and pristine house. The location is perfect, close to Meredith. It’s a very short drive to Fun Spot and a close walk to the neighborhood beach. Very clean and modern. A great stay!

This was the perfect place for us to land for a week. Location is terrific and Laurie really went out of her way to accommodate us with some special requests. Super host!

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

The house was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The surrounding area was just as lovely, offering peaceful views and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the porch or exploring local attractions, everything felt serene and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights for us was how kid-friendly the property was. Our little ones had a fantastic time—plenty of space to play safely, thoughtful touches throughout the home, and a layout that made it easy to keep an eye on them while still enjoying some grown-up time. It’s clear Nicholas and Carolina really understand what families need while traveling. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and family-friendly retreat.

My sister and I were interested in a spending very relaxing weekend in a cozy setting where we could unplug and recharge from the stresses of our every day lives and this place really fit the bill. The setting is lovey and the antique home is filled with charm. We were lucky enough to choose a peak foliage weekend and the views out of the enormous windows were breathtaking. The area itself is also filled with New England charm and lots of places to explore. It all went by too fast but the weekend was exactly what we needed. Out hosts were wonderful. We had absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying with them in the very private space attached to their home. We definitely plan to stay again!

Always a great stay at Jeff and Jayne's cabin. I think this was our 8th stay here and as always, a wonderful place to stay near Gunstock and Lake Winnipesauke.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

Easy check in, everything was clean and the place looked just like the photos. I booked last minute and Bridget and Forest were able to accommodate us. Very appreciative. 11 out of 10 would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Nancy’s beautiful home! The house was tastefully decorated, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches like handpicked flowers, delicious snacks, and a bottle of wine. It’s conveniently located near hiking trails—we especially enjoyed exploring White Mountain. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby, so you’ll have plenty of great dining options. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

We went to this location for our one year wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. Nadia and Bradley were super responsive everytime we had a question, and they even sent us a list of things to do on a rainy day since it rained a lot one of the days we were there! The condo was super clean and smelled so good when we got in. They had the cutest set up and it felt so homey. Super peaceful property and so beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway.

This place was beautiful and quiet. The private balcony has a screen that doesn’t let mosquitos in (thankfully) or any bugs/animals. It’s perfect for watching the sun rise or just enjoying a meal! Check in/out was straight forward, and the code was easy to remember. The deck nearby is also very nice (we went there early in the morning and got to see a couple of fishes swimming around, as the lake’s water is super clear). Weirs Beach in Laconia is also around a 20 minute drive, which was very convenient. Christine was so helpful and nice, I would definitely stay here again!

This studio is gorgeous! the view of the lake and mountains from the unit is absolutely stunning. There are two really comfortable beds and a nice modern kitchen with plenty of appliances. Funspot is a 2 minute drive away and the diners and restaurants in the area were all phenomenal! We personally loved Ensō, a Japanese restaurant and both George's diner and Union diner were amazing. Also Axe and Ale Taphouse was super fun and reasonably priced. I would love to stay here again and am even interested in renting or owning a unit in the building.

Cliff’s place was the perfect home base for our trip to help move our child into Plymouth State University for graduate school. The location in Thornton was peaceful and scenic, yet conveniently close to campus and local amenities. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped—exactly what we needed during a busy and emotional time. Cliff was a thoughtful and responsive host, with clear instructions and a warm welcome. We truly appreciated having such a comfortable place to return to each day. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!
