Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

Wonderful launching off point to multiple ski resorts in the area. Having a local community center with pool and hot tub was a bonus. The view is incredibly private and the home is very cozy.

Had a wonderful stay at Bear cabin. We went for a quick getaway to relax and unwind . It was peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the swings on the front porch as well as a fire in the fire pit . We were lucky enough to have seen two bald eagles nearby at the lake . Would highly recommend and hopefully will be able to return again.

Me and my friends we were group of five. We enjoyed our stay at their place. It was amazing view by the lake side. The hot tub and kayaking experience was totally awesome. We will never forget our trip to Hampshire because of this beautiful house.

A great disconnect

A perfect getaway! My husband and I had such a relaxing time at this beautiful cabin. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, the space was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Every little detail made it feel like home. Ashleigh was an incredible host, providing helpful information and even checking in to ensure we were enjoying our stay, which we truly appreciated. One of our favorite moments was unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. During our stay, an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and sitting on the screened-in front porch with a cup of coffee, watching the rain, was an unexpectedly serene experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat, and we will definitely be back!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. First time a place was even better than the photos. Private. Clean. So quiet. Comfortable. Everything we wanted plus ! Felt like we were millions of miles away and a short drive to all attractions. The kayaks, canoe, fire pit and hot tub were used and enjoyed. 3 nights - could’ve stayed way longer ! Don’t hesitate if you’re looking to relax, unwind and enjoy nature. Hands down our new favorite spot and can’t wait to go back ! John and Cassie were very responsive and excellent hosts !

This cabin was lovely. Very peaceful. Quiet. Private. Grocery store within one mile, just down the road. The woodburning fireplace (stove) in the living area was so easy to use and the fire was gorgeous. The first night was magical, using the hot tub while the snow was falling. We went with our adult daughter and son-in-law. Plenty of space for everyone. Even napped on the extra beds. The cabin had some nice extra architectural touches that made it unique and cozy. The 2 story ceiling in the great room made it even more spacious. An easy drive to Littleton for a lovely lunch and also to The Omni Mt. Washington which is spectacular.

This home is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! My family of four really enjoyed our time there, especially sitting by the river in the Bear Bungalow, hiking at nearby Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch State Parks, and taking the Mt Washington cog railway on the first day of the season that it went all the way to the summit. The stars were amazing. We were so busy having fun outside, we ended up not even using the game room in the basement or the TV. Note the early (10am) check out time and that you want to use the Bethlehem rather than the Carroll address if your navigation gives you both. Bethlehem was mentioned in the initial booking but not the message I received right before the trip, and I mistakenly used the Carroll address, which took us to a closed unimproved road. Also, while it certainly didn't affect our visit, we didn't realize until we were sitting by the river that Rt 302 is right on the other side beyond the trees, so you will hear and see some cars. Great stay!

Cute and rustic cabin. Perfect for our family and dog. Included all supplies we would need and more. We didn’t have pods for the keurig but the kitchen had a reusable pod so it all worked out!

Natalia’s home was beautiful! We stayed for a winter ice fishing weekend with a few couples, including dogs and babies. The home was right on the ice, which was perfect for our purpose. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The living room seating was particularly great- everyone always had a comfy spot to sit. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at Kara’s place was incredible! Everything was clean. It was easily accessible! I will definitely be back! It was a great location and good escape from life!

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at the cottage for our honeymoon. The location was beautiful, the cottage was amazing, and the surrounding area was so much fun to enjoy. The host was very responsive and even left us a gift knowing that we were just married. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this cottage again someday!

We had a great weekend getaway here. We both needed a mental reset, and that is exactly what we got. Communication with Sal was easy, and always got a response almost immediately. The house was clean and perfect! It was very dog friendly and had a nice yard we could let the dogs play. We would definitely stay here again. Directions to the house were so simple and an easy drive.

This cabin is s gem! it's private but close to restaurants shops and the mountains. check in was simple, everything was there that you would need.

The cabin was comfortable. Cathedral ledge trailhead was walkable from the place. All restaurants in north conway are less than a 10-minute drive. Parking for 2-3 cars. Highly responsive host!

We had a lovely time in this beautifully designed cabin, overlooking a fantastic landscape (it's so nice, this was my second visit).

We had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable and offered everything you needed. The association beach was great my grandchildren had a blast! It was close to everything and we were able to easily do things in the area and still spend time at the beach in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying at Paige's place.

This was the perfect little cabin near the lake! Quiet, woodsy, peaceful! Cabin looked exactly like the pictures. Full kitchen. Beds were comfortable! We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert at BNHP. Victoria was very responsive and left the cutest treats for us and the pups! (Very dog friendly!)

This house was by far one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. So beautiful and well-equipped. Cozy with stunning views—no matter which window you look through, it’s always a work of art. The host was very friendly with quick responses and excellent communication. The location is great. We ate at local restaurants and everything was delicious. I highly recommend following the activity guide that Liza provides—there are some really cool things to do.

We loved our long weekend on the lake! The house was cozy and quiet, the canoe at our dock was well-kept, and while we didn't use the fire pit it was nice to have the option. We're already talking about coming back!

I had booked the stay, but something unexpected came up, and Evan graciously allowed my son and daughter-in-law to stay in my stead. Here is what my daughter-in-law said: The cabin is very cozy, and you can see the top of Mount Chocorua even from the bathroom; haha, I loved that. Evan is very communicative, flexible and very quick to respond to questions. He was always willing to help and made the stay easier. His father was beneficial when we lost power while using space heating at the same time that we were doing dishes, but once we addressed the issue, Evan communicated with his father, who takes care of the property, and within 15 minutes, we had the power back. The place was organized.

A great place for quiet, with a babbling brook, a barbecue grill, and a firepit. Kitchen had all the essentials and everything was spotless.

We had a wonderful stay! They had the cabin fully stocked and pretty much everything we needed to feel right at home. There were clear instructions on how to use everything and gave many suggestions on things to do. We also loved the decor, especially in the sitting/game room! We would definitely come back again.
