Eagles Landing is a new high end contemporary lake house located near Braun Bay with vaulted ceilings and a chef’s kitchen with all the amenities you will not find in other properties. We have a large backyard, amazing deck with hot tub, gas grill, wood pellet smoker, indoor fire place, outdoor fireplace, Roku TV in bedrooms, WiFi indoor and outdoor, 10 Adirondack chairs, floats and kayaks. Lake Winni is only 200’ with direct access and includes a 40’ boat dock that holds 2 boats up to 28’.

You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings, its cleanliness, and coziness. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
