My place is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a true haven of peace. It has its own private entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool). In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its harbor and shops. You'll love my place because of its location, its comfort and its calm.
