We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

Ronen’s place was in an amazing location…very walkable and also close to public transportation. There were many shops and restaurants right outside our door. Ronen met us and showed us around and answered all of our questions. He was a very friendly host, and his flat was clean and perfect for our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this flat to friends.

Christian’s apartment is terrific. It’s beautifully decorated with a comfy cozy sofa and a spacious and comfortable bed. The high ceilings and detailed moldings give it a very noble feeling. The location is excellent too with buses, trams and subway as well as several supermarkets all within 5 min walking. We didn’t have a car during our stay and only used Uber/Taxi once or twice to carry heavier items. Christian himself is super nice and very responsive and goes over and above to resolve issues as quickly as possible. The washer/dryer combo was very practical and the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was an unexpected bonus during the hot days. The only downside to the apartment is the kitchen/dining room. It’s rather small with a window facing a rather dull inner courtyard. And to get to the second bedroom door you have to walk through the kitchen, which is kind of weird but since we didn’t use that room, it didn’t bother us. All in all I can highly recommend this apartment.

Situato proprio al centro di Vienna, tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Ci siamo sentiti molto sicuri dell’alloggio anche grazie ai tanti ristoranti nei dintorni, ma non per questo meno tranquillo e silenzioso. Palazzo tradizionale austriaco, con all’interno un cortile pieno di piante, situato al primo piano con ascensore perfettamente funzionante. L’alloggio raccolto ma provvisto di tutto, perfetto per 2, cucina completa, molto luminoso, ben pulito. Letto abbastanza comodo anche se un po’ scricchiolante, bagno con acqua calda, asciugacapelli e asciugamani puliti. Davvero un’ottimo appartamento, ci ritornerei volentieri e mi sento di consigliarlo. L’unico punto negativo è che a volte può risultare molto caldo grazie al riscaldamento centralizzato. L’host è stato molto gentile e super accogliente. Molto reattivo e la comunicazione è stata buona. Un posto da 5 stelle

Unser Aufenthalt in Christians Wohnung war super. Christian ist uns sogar bei der Check-in und Check-out Zeit entgegen gekommen, was sehr hilfreich war. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Besonders toll war die Lage! Es sind viele tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in der Nähe.

I had a perfect stay at Andie’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the city. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Andie was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me some fantastic local tips for food and coffee. She answered all my questions very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the underground and only four stops from the city center. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Vienna. I can only recommend staying at her apartment—an amazing experience from start to finish!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr lebhaften Bezirk von Wien, sehr zentral, wir haben fast alles zu Fuß erreicht. Da die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist und der Bus 13 A bringt einen vom Hauptbahnhof fast direkt zur Haustür. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und nett. Bei Problemen wurde einem schnell geholfen. Es war ein rundherum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war zwei Monate beruflich in Wien und habe mich in Günthers Wohnung richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Lage in Meidling ist top – ruhig, aber super angebunden. Die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken etc. sind gleich ums Eck. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön geschnitten und super ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Günther war als Gastgeber wirklich klasse: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn mal eine Frage war – aber nie aufdringlich. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alles in allem eine richtig tolle Erfahrung – ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

Eine private und sehr persönliche Unterkunft nach meinem Geschmack. Nicht anonym wie viele Ferienwohnungen. Hier wohnt jemand. Betrat die Wohnung und fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause. Unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Durfte meinen Koffer in der Wohnung lassen, da ich erst abends zurück flog. Großzügige sanierte und schön gestaltete Altbauwohnung im 2 Stock (moderner Aufzug) , fully equipped mit allem. Das moderne Bad mit Regendusche und separater Toilette. Sehr ruhig, man hört die Straße kaum. In der Umgebung nette Kneipen. Zentral, man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, gute ÖPN Abbildung vom Karlsplatz. Motto " Ein Zuhause in Wien".

The apartment is really easy to find and tho access. its neat and welcoming with nice windows and a balcony if the weather is good. the layout is really well thought out - it has everything you need. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for short city breaks to vienna for sightseeing. the uni campus is close by and the area is nicely landscaped. there is a grocery shop on the corner for all basic needs. great location, great price, small but perfectly formed. the bathroom is a great size and the shower was brilliant. great communication from the friendly hosts. huge thanks for the stay. 😊

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Matthaeus geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Tolle Räume mit stimmungsvollen Farben an der Wand, bequeme Betten und absolut ruhig. Die Wohnung ist in einem wunderschönen Gründerzeithaus in einer tollen Umgebung mit netten Geschäften, Bäckereien und Restaurants und nahe an der Innenstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Matthaeus Wohnung übernachten.

Beautiful apartment. Very nicely renovated. Very new. Inside a traditional Viennese house. Location is in a quiet side street but very close to the city center (About 10 minutes walk). Super friendly and responsive host. Great place, would definitely come again. Only the internet was unstable and slow if you need to work. Probably a quick fix though.

Wer es weniger trubelig und touristisch, dafür authentischer mag, ist hier richtig. Die hübsche Wohnung liegt im Ragnarhof, ein stiller, liebevoll renovierter Ort - Yogastudio und Künstlerwerkstatt sind Nachbarn. Die Cafés am Yppenplatz bieten besten Kaffee und Frühstücksgerichte mit Lebensmitteln direkt vom angrenzenden Brunnenmarkt. Ein Spaziergang Richtung Ottakringer Friedhof, Brauerei und Wilhelminenberg ist eine Alternative zur Habsburger Pracht im Ersten. Der Gang durch die Josefstätter oder Lerchenfelder Str. führt einen an vielen Geschäften vorbei innerhalb 20 min in die Innenstadt - beschaulicher radeln oder laufen lässt sich's die Pfeilgasse entlang. Claudias Wohnung ist also ein guter Startpunkt für alle, die sich gern ein wenig treiben lassen und die Stadt schlendernd erleben wollen.

Very quiet and comfortable place, with great heating and clean furniture, everything looks new and welcoming. The host is responsive and always available. Great stay for the price, in excellent part of town, close to the store and inviting for a walk in the afternoon. The building is old, Shakespearean like, never before seen blend of modernity and past, the kitchen table overlooks the city and the Alps, having breakfast with purple sunrise will certainly stay in my memory.

Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wohl, und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Tipps fürs Motorrad waren sehr hilfreich und auch dass wir in Wien umsonst parken konnten war super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass man alles machen konnte, was man machen wollte. Auch der Pool war super, so dass man an heißen Tagen direkt eine willkommene Abkühlung hatte.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Schloss Belvedere. Super vom Bhf erreichbar. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Marianna war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in Ruhe erklärt. Es war ein toller Kurzaufenthalt in Wien.

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

Gran ubicación, limpio y bastantes amables. El check in fue bastante sencillo. El l lugar lo tiene todo (cocina, baño, cama). Volvería a hospedarme ahí :)

The apartment is super clean, warm and cosy. Brane helped us park our car, he was really polite, hospitable and explained everything to us in few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and had a good rest :)

Modern multi-story buildings feature a mix of dark and light facades, each with private balconies. A patterned fence surrounds the property, while a skyline of taller structures can be seen in the background beneath a cloudy sky.

Très propre conforme aux photos , situation idéale si vous venez pour le marathon l’appartement est à deux pas des sas de départ. Très pratique pour visiter vienne .
