Monthly Rentals in Mosquito Lagoon

Just a short walk to the beach. Perfect space for a family. Loved that there are cleaning supplies for long stays, a vacuum and the essential to get you by. We loved our stay! And it’s a fun area of Florida as well.

An absolutely beautiful home with everything we could have needed and so so clean n fresh Night times are extremely quite n restful with amazing views and a great place outside to see rocket launches 🚀 So looking forward to coming back some day

Ron's studio guesthouse was perfect for our needs! It was a home away from home, of sorts. Extremely clean (my top priority) and comfy bed (although it does squeak when you turn over but it is extremely comfortable other than that), and designed in such an inviting and warm way. We enjoyed the recliners for watching TV at night together. They were so comfy and in perfect condition! Easy to get luggage in and out. The a/c works great although it does have a kind of motor sound we noticed when sleeping. I sleep with earplugs and it didn't bother us, just something to be aware. Light does get in the door windows amazingly. Some darkening shades might be helpful. For not having windows (except the large door panels I believe which do have blinds integrated so privacy is not an issue, you don't feel boxed in at all!) It feels cozy and airy and flooded with light. Nice touches like snacks and detailed info. Ronnie is super responsive and overall we had an amazing stay! Would come back!

The place was just what we needed. Quiet out of the way yet centrally located to most of what we wanted to do. Alyssa and her husband were very accommodating and friendly. Even their children were very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this stay.
