Our home is in a quiet residential area which is a short drive away from I95 and US1. We’re minutes to the ocean, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Wildlife Sanctuary. There are parks, nature trails, and the Indian River close by for outdoor lovers. Amazing launch views minutes away as well! My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. They truly went above and beyond,anything you could think of needing was already in the house. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing weekend. I’ve been looking for a go-to place when I’m in town visiting family, and I’ve definitely found it. Highly recommend! This corner unit townhouse is the best spot in New Symrna! We’ve stayed in lots of places in the area, and this was by far our favorite. The furnishings are very nice and the decor is beautiful. We felt right at home, and the views of the ocean cannot be beat. We could have stayed here for weeks and been totally comfortable! Love the pools and easy beach access. 10/10!

The house was perfect for what we needed. We brought our 2 older kids to Titusville to kayak in the bioluminescent phytoplankton. We had a lot of fun - found an amazing dinner buffet (Chow's) - and had peaceful sleep. Would definitely stay again!

The kitchen area features white cabinetry with modern hardware, a stainless steel refrigerator, and a black microwave. A granite countertop houses a sink and coffee maker, while natural light enters through a window above the sink. The floor is finished in dark tones.

Perfect place for couples. It is quiet and safe. You can literally lay in bed and watch boats and manatee go by. The grill provided worked out great. We took a large cast iron skillet and I ended up cooking instead of my wife which she loved, Just sit on the back covered deck catch a fish, clean it and throw it on the grill. If they aren't biting drive around the corner to the fishing dock. This place is unique and a gem. The only issue we had is a plug in air freshener but let JoAnn know and she can take them out before you get there.

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.
