Son Real d'Alt. Mansión con excelentes vistas

Son Real d'Alt es una mansión "antigua possessió mallorquina" que se remonta al siglo XV dedicada a la agricultura, rehabilitada en 2015 (respetando sus raíces y vistiéndola de modernidad) para poder dedicarla al alquiler vacacional, en ella se puede disfrutar de la auténtica Mallorca rural. Consta de 100.000m2 de bosque, campos y plantaciones, con una vivienda de 350m2 ubicada en lo alto de una colina con una extraordinaria vista a la Sierra de Llevant y sus maravillosas salidas del Sol.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Establecimiento con licencia. Alojamiento rústico en el centro de la isla. Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto.
