Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

Guests have a choice of sleeping in a bedroom or on a sofa bed in the living room where there is a television and open fire if required. Breakfast can be had in the dining room which looks on to the garden at the back. This room is very popular.
