Such a beautiful house set in stunning surroundings! The views are breathtaking from every angle. Lovely having an enclosed garden and the trampoline and swing. The house is beautiful so much space. Extremely comfortable beds, great shower and so well equipped. And the games room was great fun! The welcome pack was such a lovely touch. I highly recommend this home, great places to go to nearby and just perfect location.

The Lodge @ Panbride House

DawnRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Rowanbank Cabin - a gorgeous country escape

MattRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Fantastic little cabin, very private and with a great view up the hill. Got everything you need for a chilled weekend break, and can enjoy watching the birds and even a deer in the garden! Warm, cosy and clean. If we are in the area again, we would look to stay here again.

The Cottage - spacious getaway with stunning views

SteffRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a wonderful stay in The Cottage. We spent Xmas here as a family, my adult children with my elderly mother and everything worked for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked an Xmas dinner so it must have been. The surroundings are beautiful and the house was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time and I can only thank Evita for everything. She was so responsive to all our questions, including where we should order our Xmas turkey. It was amazing, we'd love to come back Thank you

Easter Caiplich

Just had a last minute New Year’s Eve stay and it was a great find. The house was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for a great stay. The hot tub was an extra little treat too. The enclosed garden was great for our dogs. We would definitely stay again.

LuxuryRetreat: Hot Tub, Games Room, Pizza Oven 16+

LiamRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Lovely family break with 14 of us and a happy dog coming and going throughout the week. Great accommodation for wee ones and adults alike. The games room went down a treat As did the hot tub with the more adventurous family members and the two sitting areas and dinning room and kitchen were great to meet everyone’s needs. The house was clean well catered for and great grounds. Would highly recommend and one for us for the future again.

Large house with stunning sea views close to beach

EmmyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
A great place to stay, we all felt welcome (including the dogs!), exactly as described. Straightforward and comfortable accommodation, 3 double bedrooms (1 ensuite) and 3 twins, a roomy kitchen and utility, relaxing living room with 4 sofas and a really nicely kept garden that was fully enclosed with the gate shut. And the views were stunning, who wouldn't want to wake up and see the sea. Lots of places to visit - walks on the beach and in the woods, Dunnottar Castle, Montrose Air Museum and further afield to do the Elie Chain Walk. Bruce was helpful and prompt to communicate through AirBnB and Shaun was responsive and friendly when we needed to call him during our stay. Plentiful hot water with good shower pressure. The temperature in the house was a bit variable (warm in the living area and a bit cool in the far bedroom) but the thermostat was adjustable and there were spare blankets in all the rooms. WiFi was OK but we used mobile data when we wanted better data speed
