Elevated above St Cyrus Beach this property looks out to the North Sea taking in the Lighthouse, harbour entrance, River Esk and stunning views across the adjacent farmland. All of this and only 5 minutes drive to all the local amenities in Montrose. This property has a large secluded garden, parking for 8 vehicles & very private.

At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

Detached house with small outside area, great central location within walking distance of train-station and local shops yet also just a short walk to the beach and golf course and several good restaurants and hotels There is off road parking. Inside on the ground floor there is a dinning room ,bedroom ,bathroom with shower and bath, living room and kitchen upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms and a separate toilet. Laminate flooring throughout .
