Relax at the Scottish themed cottage (superking size bed) .Pets welcome too. It is a clean, cosy, comfy home with well equipped kitchen. Netflix, free parking at door. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Frogfield Annexe is a beautifully renovated self-contained one-bedroom 'cottage' attached to our home, set in 3 acres. You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. Our home in the picturesque village of Bridge of Cally, is an ideal base for a few days spent exploring beautiful Perthshire and beyond, walking, cycling, golfing, fishing, winter sports, or just relaxing in lovely surroundings. Continental breakfast basket included. Wifi 70Mbps. CATERAN TRAIL, hotel, ski hire, all within a 5 minute walk. Stunning modern 2 bedroom villa private hot tub

The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
