Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Loizo Family Winery

Close to Montpellier, in the heart of the village of ASSAS, our family winemaker house built in 1920 is located on the Pic-Saint-Loup vineyard terroir. A typical southern village with shops a 2-minute walk away. Under a century-old linden tree, you can indulge in the sweetness of idleness by the pool. We have preserved the charm of the house with its original cement tiles by integrating comfort and modernity. Air conditioning will allow you to spend sweet nights.

We invite you at home. Our house is in a quiet and green part of Montpellier. The historic center is 20 mn walking, there is a bus in front of the house, and 2 tram lines nearby. It is perfectly adapted for families with children , or groups of friends: big garden, swimming pool, 2 terraces (lounge and dinner), large living room. You will be welcomed in the garden by our turtle Carabine, and inside by our cat Polka. Please do not organize parties
