Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

We invite you at home. Our house is in a quiet and green part of Montpellier. The historic center is 20 mn walking, there is a bus in front of the house, and 2 tram lines nearby. It is perfectly adapted for families with children , or groups of friends: big garden, swimming pool, 2 terraces (lounge and dinner), large living room. You will be welcomed in the garden by our turtle Carabine, and inside by our cat Polka. Please do not organize parties

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
