We had a very nice time in Cap d'Agde. The apartment is in a great location and the view from the apartment directly to the sea is great. The apartment is equipped with everything. Also suitable for children. Direct access to the beach. The only downside was that during our stay, very loud construction work took place in several apartments around us in the house.

The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. The proximity to the long sandy beach and the view from the balcony are magnificent. The apartment is great equipped, very clean. We had everything we needed. Francois was very nice and welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us. We would come back immediately and recommend the apartment without restriction.

Will come again any time. The only disadvantage: no assigned parking space.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

On a business trip to Montpellier, Carole and Bastien's apartment was a haven of peace after work. The place was very clean and as shown in the photos, the directions were very clear. The sea view on one side and the pond view on the other is just beautiful. Perfect location to run in the morning and go swimming before going to work. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks again.

The apartment is great, totally matches the photos and even better! All amenities are listed and present. You are already on vacation when you arrive thanks to the terrace that offers you a panoramic view of the sea, what could be better than falling asleep and waking up with the sound of waves? That's what beach vacations are all about! Direct proximity to the beach, close to restaurants on foot, ideally located apartment. No car needed. Johann is very responsive, very clear on the instructions. It was a real pleasure to stay in Johann's accommodation! I would highly recommend.

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Accommodation as advertised and pleasant for several people to stay. A/C is an undeniable bonus.

Very nice property, perfectly equipped, with a great pool. Too bad, however, that the table tennis and pool cues are worn, and that the foosball is almost unusable.

Perfect! Very responsive host, we booked last minute, late morning and the accommodation was made available before the scheduled time (impeccable cleaning). The house combines all the advantages of a village house with the services of a very well-equipped villa. Very well located in a pretty village... We only want to come back soon!

We had a great time with the family at this marina ideally located in Port Camargue. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable and perfectly equipped, with a really appreciable level of luxury. We had a very pleasant quiet weekend in this little house by the canal, while being close to the center of Palavas. The terrace is lovely! We took advantage of the canoes and paddleboards available. Gregory was very welcoming.

Great stay very nice. Beautiful apartment, really comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the sea view and the view of the ponds on the other side. The residence is quiet and ideally located to go to the center on foot or reach the ponds for beautiful bike rides.

Very good location. Raphael is very accommodating and available More than perfect equipment available (paddleboard, 3 electric bikes, etc.). The third sleeping area is cramped because it's above the stairs but it suited us well. Our stay is memorable and to be repeated

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS didn't quite take us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it's a little set back from the road.
