Very nice studio, complete, independent and quiet, included in our house (main residence in which we live all year round) surrounded by a garden with terrace and with an above-ground pool. Carefully made, modern and decorated with sobriety (Scandinavian decor), it is fully equipped, air-conditioned and close to universities (tram and bus) as well as shops.
