Beautiful spot on the edge of a hiking area. Secluded and private, with beautiful views. Swimming pool is beautifully located and the special house with the deep basement has atmosphere. Hosts are careful in their place and have made something beautiful out of it. Enjoy.

This villa is a real rare gem, beautiful decoration, very clean, super well-equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a stay here in a quiet neighborhood and by a nice pool with five friends! The contact Chloe with whom I spoke throughout the stay (and before) is very responsive and very nice. I am someone who is very perfectionist and who usually notices the small details but I have nothing to complain about. I am perfectly satisfied with this weekend in this house. I highly recommend the place if you're looking to unwind in peace and affordable luxury!We were in a car but there is a tram nearby that allows easy access to the Montpellier network.

We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

Beautiful villa both indoors and outdoors. Modern and very well-equipped. Everything is thoughtfully designed for a pleasant stay around the pool and outdoor kitchen. Everything about it is excellent

House was great (for 5 adults and 2 year old). Spacious, clean, quiet, well located for town and beach. We got about on bikes. Aurore was a great host, clear instructions, quick responses communicative. We had a very great week

I would 100000% recommend both the host and the accommodation. The villa is splendid and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is done and thought of for a dream stay. Amazing home. Hosts are available and responsive. The place is quiet. There's even a mini vegetable garden with figs and strawberries etc. Extremely well-equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen, everything available and quality equipment. Petanque court, Jacuzzi, sauna, the pool is beautiful. We had a great time. I would this property. Thanks again for your availability!

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! We stayed at Mona and Mehdi's place for an extended weekend, family reunion. The house is beautiful, relaxing; and its outdoor space with pool is lovely. The location allows you to be both very quickly by the sea or canals, and quickly in Montpellier. We had a great time, were able to enjoy nature and when we returned we felt like we were in a cocoon. Mona allowed us to adjust our check-in and checkout times. Hopefully we can have a good time there again!

Here it was easy to enjoy. We were personally welcomed by Gaëtan and received recommendations pointed out on the map. The family's cats visited us on the terrace and above all one of them was very cuddly. The house has a quiet and secluded location. Unfortunately, we couldn't sit outside in the evening because of mosquitoes, but we enjoyed yoga outside in the sun in the morning instead.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this beautiful environment. It was all more than perfect and we will never forget the great time we had. Thank you so much!!

Great stay at Greg's, we found a rare gem. The ideal location and a quality residence of very good standing, close to everything, to carry out our small committee meeting over two days. A fabulous re-charging get away. A breathtaking view of the Etange and twinkling lights of the towns across the water in such a serene setting! We, and our doggie, enjoyed the multi level garden-even napped on the outdoor beds, prepared and ate on the dinning terrace, went to the nearby forest/park where dogs can go off leash… daily exercise by hiking down into the hustle & bustle of Sete to score our croissants, enjoy the fabulous indoor market as well as outdoor marches on wed. and fridays, do some girlie shopping at cute boutiques or simply enjoy a drink on the quai! Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and several small or large supermarkets as well. We love Sete and Madyne’s place was just perfect for us! All amenities were clean , new and clearly carefully chosen. She’s lovely with great energy - we can highly recommend staying here.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

Very good stay in the cottage! Perfectly clean and equipped for a baby (high chair, bed if requested, possibility of creating a changing area in the bathroom). The unit is small but well arranged. Only small downside in our opinion: the cottage overlooks the pedestrian street that passes between the beach and the houses and buildings that line the beach, which makes a little noise when you eat or when we are in the living room with the windows open. On the other hand, no problem at night! Late arrival due to traffic jams and which was done without a hitch thanks to Lucile's precise instructions!

We loved staying here. It was a great spot to explore the wider region like Nimes, Pont du Gard, Arles, Uze etc very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook but there is also a great bakery and pizza spot near by. The accommodation worked really well for our family of four and we would thoroughly recommend it

Nathalie and Pierre welcomed us with open arms, smiling, very sociable, friendly, courteous and polite, while being discreet and attentive, they are two absolutely precious people full of common sense who make a good start to a stay. A small welcome gift and a quick but complete tour of the house. They also provided us with a few services worthy of a premium service. The house is already pretty in the photos, and in reality, it is even more beautiful, the layout is very tasteful and very qualitative without superficial fuss like GiFi, the absolutely impeccable and irreproachable amenities, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the pool is just great. 3 terraces so always a shady area and a sunny area. Outdoor table under pergola, very convenient in summer. Tiny hiccup: 1% of road users have to pull their mechanics down the speed bump, it's unbearable.

An incredibly pleasant place, a peaceful and bright environment. It was a real pleasure to stay in Alexandre's house: the rooms are spacious and pleasant, the outside perfectly maintained and Alexandre's welcome perfect, knowing that he was able to be very flexible with the arrival time.
