Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

Thanks to Mauro for the wonderful stay we had at his house!! Very nice and well-kept apartment, clean and bright. From the window you see the sea, what more could you want!!! great advisor on places to visit and restaurants that he was able to point out to us!! It felt right at home!! Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!

We have here our autumn holiday and in one word it was simply perfect. Apartement is kids friendly - eating chair, kids desk, toys, spoons etc. We definitly come back. Such a beautiful and peaceful place! Thank you Consuelo for your hospitality❤️

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

The most important thing for me was the possibility to take my dogs with me, and the nature nearby, quiet location on the beach. Shopping Mon-Sun 8 AM-8 PM! and Wi-Fi at Tabakki is a 5-minute walk away... I would have liked to have stayed longer 🤩

Very quiet place in low season, but extremely pleasant. Very large and clean house, too bad for the closed pool (but rightly given the low presence of guests in the structure).

The city and accommodation is beautiful. They take good care of the space and there was no problem checking in. Room # 1 has 2 different exits, which was an advantage. The only thing that made us slightly decided were the 3 different contracts we signed at check-in. I understand this serves as an insurance policy, but it feels too strict compared to other airbnbs.

We spent around a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is a little off the beaten path, on a large quiet property with beautiful paths for walking and is a good starting point for excursions. There is a bus station nearby, a car is still recommended. Valerio is super friendly, responds quickly and was able to give us good tips. The apartment is clean, well maintained and well furnished. We were particularly pleased with the welcome basket with specially grown vegetables and self-produced olive oil. If you are looking for something quiet away and want to escape the heat a little, this is the place to be. Thank you for everything!

We spent a quiet week in an area suitable for children, a 10-minute walk away there was a beach suitable for children even for a 1-year-old baby we had a very good time. Mrs. Franca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything.

The apartment met all expectations. The guest reviews were also helpful, we knew beforehand that the owners live in the same house. It didn't bother at all, the Nicola and Antonia are super friendly, helpful. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished. The swimming pool was super well maintained. The only thing that would have been missing at + 32 degrees would be an air conditioner, but with the fan we were also able to sleep very well. The surroundings are very varied, but you always have to use the car. We filled up like at home, would love to come back. Thank you very much!!!

Accommodation as pictured, well kept, clean and tidy. The apartment was very well stocked...bathroom and kitchen were equipped with many useful things. The apartment is located in a quiet, well-stocked area, facing the sea and convenient to reach the center of Follonica both on foot and by train (there is a stop a few steps from home). Giacomo is very helpful. The only thing a little "unpleasant" (not because of Giacomo) is the parking lot of the building is not very well cared for... the access to the parking lot is a little disconnected and ruined with a "climb" dump that is unfortunately touched by those who have a low car. Overall, I would say everything is very positive!

Everything went wonderfully for us. Very welcoming hosts, clear check-in instructions. We found a very clean, well-equipped and very functional apartment. In addition it was close to all amenities and the sea. Excellent stay, we'll be happy to go back.

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

We had a relaxing week, all above our expectations. The only weak point of the house is the very narrow bathroom and the lack of coverage of some very weak telephone networks, then everything was superfluous because we often used the outdoor shower, which is warm and very comfortable and the two TVs of the house at some moments of rest. The highlights are the air conditioning, the umbrella with chairs included, right behind the house and all the comforts you can find to spend a pleasant vacation. The house is really nice, comfortable within walking distance of the center, overlooking the pedestrian passage but it is not noisy, and on the beach it is the best to enjoy the sea. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Alda's lovely apartment. The beach is just a very short walk away, and the apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and communicative. Would definitely recommend it! Thanks

Great location, so much so that we never used the car in a week. House without air conditioning but not too hot. Small apartment but very suitable for a couple even with 1/2 children thanks above all to the large outdoor area very useful especially for meals.

Chicca and her husband were excellent hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The apartment was very large and had all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay there, getting to know them and the Bolgheri region. Highly recommend. Plus they have two super nice dogs and a cat that enjoyed our attention!
