5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Loved our stay at the Serena House. Patrizio and his daughter stayed in communication with us and were so accommodating and generous they even gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived!

We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

The appartment was full of character, there was plenty of space in every room, and we spent hours with a wine or two on the balcony taking in the wonderfully beautiful view. The location was a perfect balance of proximity to the action and quiet privacy. Easily the best of the 5 places we stayed in around Europe this year.

Everything was absolutely wonderful!

We spent wonderful days in Belforte, a charming medieval town that represents the authentic soul of Tuscany. The accommodation was simply perfect: located in a very quiet area, ideal for those looking for relaxation and beauty. The neighbors were extremely friendly, so much so that we immediately felt at home. The apartment was spacious, very clean and cared for in every detail. The hostess was of a rare kindness: always available and attentive, she even welcomed us with fresh water already ready in the refrigerator — a simple but really appreciated gesture after the trip. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience the real Tuscany, made of silence, genuine hospitality and postcard landscapes. It was easy to reach wonderful cities such as San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and other villages. The restaurants in the area are exquisite. We are so glad we were able to sleep two nights at Elena's place. The setting is splendid, authentic as we love. Nestled in the middle of a valley, the view and calm are so peaceful. The animals are in access to the property, which adds its charm. The place is authentic, we loved finding the taste of the old as we love it. Bedding and amenities are perfect. There are absolutely nothing to repeat at all. If we had known we would have enjoyed spending our entire week in the accommodation. Elisa and her family are very warm, thank you so much for this stay.

Luciana and her husband were very nice from the start, and came to greet us in the parking lot to present themselves and take us to the apartment. everything in the apartment was perfect and very clean and organized. very comfortable, quiet and has a nice view from the terrace. nothing to complain, perfect!

Marvelous place, Sara is very friendly and helpful host. Can’t wait to visit this place again.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to come again.

Everything is more than perfect! Beautiful apartment, cared for in every detail and very clean, equipped with everything. The accommodation is surrounded by nature, with a land full of corners to relax. In the evening, you fall asleep surrounded by fireflies and hear all the sounds of the forest. We couldn't have asked for more! But what makes the difference are Jenny, Angelo and their children, who made the stay really special for us. A true immersion in nature, surrounded by wonderful people, we will return to visit them!!

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb properties I've ever had the pleasure in experiencing. It's a penthouse apartment overlooking the tiled rooftops of Siena, with a view straight across to the famous church tower. Taking your morning coffee here with the pigeons is one of the most serene things you could imagine. Pure Italy. There's also a rooftop garden we could pull fresh cherry tomatoes and basil from for our cooking. It's located literally a 3-minute walk from the main piazza, and in the middle of all Sienna's shopping, walking, and dining attractions. Nicoletta was patient with our travel schedule, and met us on the later side of our check-in without a problem.

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

beautiful apartment, good amenities, secure building and many paid activities available

Location, location, location is the key to Emily's flat. It was easy to find, easy to explore Lucca on foot and near to local shops and restaurants, The flat was clean and comfortable. The terrace was lovely however, the one thing beyond Emily's control is the traffic noise. It was very noisy when one tried to have a snooze on the terrace in the late afternoon or read a book (which we did). However, I had earplugs so I popped them in and voila all was good! All in all a lovely place to stay and would recommend particularly if you have a car. Btw parking charges outside the flat are very cheap but beware over the summer period there is a temporary extension of the parking meter hours which is not on the machine. Parking charges are extended on Fridays and Saturdays (8am - 11pm). All other days it is 8am - 8pm. We didn't realise so got a ticket at 2245 on the Saturday evening which was rather puzzling until the man in the tourist office looked it up on a local website!

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Matteo, Neri, and Alessandra went above and beyond for us on this trip. We had an issue with our stay elsewhere and they helped us in every way to make it smooth for us for stay in our apartment. They even helped us move to another one as well. We are truly grateful. The apartment itself is everything you would want. Super spacious, clean and comes with all the amenities (full working kitchen and all the basic things you would need). There’s also an elevator which is a huge plus! The view is amazing as well. We can see the Ponte Vecchio and with the doors closed, it is still very peaceful and quiet. Location is the best in Florence in my opinion. It’s close to everything without being in the huge crowds. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you again Matteo! We hope to be back soon!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
