APPARTAMENTO TORRE is located in a beautifully restored 18th-century Tuscan country house located on ‘The Wine Road’ between Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Home on the beach/ Casa sul mare

Bright and fully renovated apartment on the sea, with direct access to the beach. Composed by kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 large terraces on the sea where to have dinner, relax and enjoy sunsets. Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday), contact me for exceptions.

Pink villa with pool/Elba Island

The villa is 50 meters from the sea, in the private area of Capo d'Arco, 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Capoliveri, very lively in the evening. Immersed in a 6000 sqm garden full of Mediterranean scrub, centenary olive trees, pines, cypress trees and overlooking the cliff, has a relaxation area equipped with a pool with salt water overlooking the bay and a 180° view of the sea. It is shared with the 4/6 guests of the Main Villa in the area. It's not a place for very lively children.

"Casa Niccolai" apartment in Castiglioncello

Accommodation located in an excellent position with respect to the center of Castiglioncello, a short walk from the sea and the main services. Recently renovated, with practical, modern but tasteful furnishings, it is equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located overlooks a beautiful coast, where the reef alternates with sand and rocky coves that allow you to enjoy walks on the waterfront, or by bicycle in the paths of the promontory.

La Casa al Mare, in Cavo d'Elba

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, consists of an open space with a terrace overlooking the waterfront, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance. Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

Astonishing beachfront villa with private garden

In the aristocratic and secluded Tombolino estate Villa La loggia is separated from the others by a private garden which leads through an alley of elm trees and oleanders to the house. As its name says a spectacular veranda offers a large outside space. The floor is made of a patterned, in laid black marble square tiles set in bleached wooden slabs and the white wooden beams of the roof give a very outstanding colonial flavour, with wicker furnishing and large comfortable armchairs.

Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

It is strategically located, with nearby supermarket, pharmacy, post office and grocery stores. Pets welcome. Tourist tax is not included in the price

Sea view penthouse with 130 sqm terrace

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
