Directly below the property there is a river great for fishing or hiking. There is an open floor-plan that includes the kitchen, dining, and living areas and features a kitchen island for entertaining built from trees from the property. Adjacent to the dining area is a sun-room. This room is cozy with a huge window to enjoy the views across the valley, sunsets and rises, golden aspens, and wildlife.
