Monthly Rentals in Montescot

I recommend it, the place is really nice and Christophe as well as the rest of his family are very welcoming, you really have to go there, don't hesitate!

The apartment is located in a beautiful quiet place of the village, about 15 minutes away from Perpignan train station. Everything in the apartment is clean and the furnitures are fine. However, a little defict is that there is no regular air conditioner or fan in it, but instead it only has one heavy mobile air conditioner that makes huge noise when the wind blows loud, as loud as the sound of a tornado. If will be much better if a quiet air conditioner will reppace this noise machine. The service team is very friendly and respond to me quickly all the time, which matters a lot. Overall, this is good place to stay for short-term travelling.

Lucien's accommodation is warm, comfortable, very well equipped, and well heated. The little touches in the fridge are very much appreciated. The view of the mountains is superb. A nice surprise!

Very nice apartment, nice decor, good amenities, very nice terrace, quiet neighborhood, Intermarché a minute's walk, very welcoming hosts... in short it was perfect 👍 and a special mention for the breakfast left by Sebastiano and his partner for us, I loved it. we'll definitely be back...
